Epic did a great job, the roof looks great, communication was not that great, they will get back to you, just not as quickly as I would like it to be. It's expensive but that was expected. I would recommend Epic to anyone who needs a new roof. Asked for Darry, he helps you through the process.

We hired this contractor to replace our leaky roof. They did a great job! And made sure all around the house was cleaned up. Even the city inspector mentioned that they did a really good job. They were meticulous! They gave us a very competitive price on our project. I'd definitely recommend them to all my friends since they cover such a large area in southern California.

Had roof replacement couple weeks before hurricane. Job done in a week and required the payment right away. Our new roof leaked on the 1st day of the rain and part of the ceiling collapsed. Had the workers come check it and they try to prove that it's not their fault and is not under the warranty. I'm so regret that I didn't pay attention on that one star review. My neighbor will have his roof replacement in 5yrs and I'll tell him to avoid this company for sure.

We found Epic from after searching and talking to almost a dozen roofer and home improvement companies. The last round if bids were 9. Jordon showed up on time, gave an honest no BS mo pressure quote.
We contracted with them and during the last rain storm they got the work done!
We survived the HurriQuake this weekend and it was so comforting knowing we'd be leak free. They did the roof, fascia, soffits and gutters. Looks amazing and solid.

New Roof up in just 3 days wow and looks amazing, removed old shingles in half a day, replaced wood as needed for inspection the next day with an inspection followed through and they were already putting up the roof on 2nd day....3rd day out caps on main house and finished garage....great job

Epic Home Upgrades did a fantastic job on our roof! Their communication was great- they always answered every question I had in a timely manner. They allowed us to finance our new roof and even though we had some unexpected challenges come up, Joey and Julio were able to make adjustments and work with us so the job was still finished timely. The guys on site were truly professional and worked very hard each day they were here. Every day they cleaned up the debris and set trash aside so it was out of our way. Thanks to Epic Home Upgrades, we literally have a new roof over our heads and will feel secure through the next rainy season.

Update 6-17-23 The California state licensing board found additional issues with Epic home upgrades workmanship and the way they installed my furnace, equating to 5000 in damages. I suggest if they have lied to you, or you have a feeling they cut corners on your job, have California state licensing come out. CSLB will have an industry expert inform you the flaws in their work. Red flag.
