Background: Hired Epic to put on a new roof and patio cover in August. Their competitive pricing, generous material and 10 year labor guarantee is what put Epic over the edge for me. The job went well. Roof is beautiful, BUT I've tried for two months via multiple phone calls, emails, and even and LinkedIn note to the owner for a call back to have someone come out to look at molding and warping wood that the Epic installation team replaced on the patio cover.

Simply looking for a call back and someone to come out to honor the contract on that 10 year labor guarantee!

First of all, I like to give an applause to Epics Roof group from salesman Adam to construction people Julio, Nelson. I am a skeptical person since I have had a lot of bad services people coming to my house fixing stuffs. Part of me wants decent price, but good service. However, most of the case, you get what you pay for. So I got a lot of quotes from different companies. Read their reviews, but I wasn't sure since some companies do it for really cheap and some are really expensive with same materials. One day I came across instagram ads, I clicked on it. I contacted the company and they gave quote right away. The price was just right, so I wanted to start right away. But then I checked their reviews, I found a negative one. I got scared and told Adam I want to wait off. So months passed, I checked their review again and I saw a lot of happy customers. And here I am. I contracted with Epics to do my roof. I am very happy with everything from start to finish as scheduled and planned from Monday to Friday, done. I also did my ceiling insulation. Overall, the process went smooth. I had no problem so I didn't have to contact them yet. Now I need to check with the rain.

Epic roof just completed a roof replacement for me. They did a great job and I hightly recommend them. Great communication, well organized, the did a great job start to finish in 3 days. Cleaned up perfectly every day. Darryl Reid, Antonio Lopez, Juio and Natalie from sales and project managers did a great job and went out their way to help. Their onsite people worked very hard and were ery responsible. We live on the westside of LA and I have already recommended them to a friend.

i'm a stickler for detail and had a lot of questions because I'm a woman. They did a great job. I love what is done. I need photos of everything and all separated receipts because I am putting them on solar. Julio was my project manager. I highly recommend him and in the back office Natalie did everything I needed and the price was right.

The entire process was so seamless. After the initial quote, Nelson came to our home and did a walk through with my husband, he had a couple of requests, a new quote was received, we approved it and we had a new roof a week later. Shout out to Nelson Magana and his team. They worked in 100+ degree temps and did a Great job

We needed to update our roof to qualify for home insurance. We spoke with several roofers and they were not interested because of our location or their quotes were missing items. Epic was mentioned to us, so we gave them A try. Not only was their quote spot on but they didn't miss necessary items and materials. Even with the additional cost of a solar attic fan, their price was good. I can't say enough about their sales team, job manager or install team. Everyone, explained what to expect each step of the way. They were tidy and cleaned up each day. The workers were both respectful and pleasant. I was impressed how they used a commercial magnet to locate nails in the grass and on the driveway. I would highly recommend them, given my experience.
