The best customer service! Our AC went out and we needed someone who could help us get started and on our way to getting a new unit. They were recommended through the hero program and I am so happy that I chose them. I told them what was going on with my AC they got us an appointment on that very day and explained all of my options and answered all of my questions. Travis did everything he could to get us on the schedule as soon as possible. Since we still wouldn't have AC for a few more days Travis went out and brought us some small portable units to go in our windows to help us out which we were thoroughly grateful for and Steve who came and installed them for us! They were both professional, helpful and helped us see light at the end of the tunnel as we trudge on in this hundred degree heat wave. These guys are amazing and it is so nice to see people do their jobs with pride and strive to be the best they can be.

Epic Energy is a great company if you are looking for solar to add to your home. They are very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Adam was awesome to work with.

Travis is hands down the best person for explaining the different types of options that will be available for you. He will explain things in an understandable manner. Where others said no he will absolutely find a yes. If he doesn't I'll give you 1000 bucks. . Lol

So, I have to say Hats off to these folks!
Very professional, friendly (key), clean and spot on with the budget. Jared and his team are great to work with and even with some hiccups that presented themselves, they overcame them and were just plain, awesome.
The crew that was at my home, was clean, funny, polite, respectful and took time to explain what they were doing and why. Never had to worry about anything at all, they took charge and rocked it! Jed, you rock and I am very happy with windows!
Travis , I cannot say enough! This is our second fray into home improvement arena and you are always pleasant, on time and informative!

He helped my dad and found ways possible to communicate with my dad since he only spoke Spanish. He made my family feel very comfortable with every decision my dad was making. Epic Energy was more than wonderful in every way possible. They were very friendly and approachable, which made us very comfortable with asking them all of the questions we had in mind. They answered everything for us very throughly to make sure we understood everything from how the install process worked to financing options. They worked well with us on pricing and were not in the least bit ""pushy"", as other solar companies have been with us when we were discussing options. Adam took very good care of us and worked around both mine and my husband's schedules. Epic Energy had a very quick install and provided us with exactly what we wanted! We couldn't be more happy with our decision to go with them, and would recommend them to anyone looking to get solar installed

Good company - Josh was great...I renewed my monitoring contract on the condition they would set me up with a new installer - the previous one was horrible - poor customer service.
They hooked me up with Epic Home...100% difference. A live person answered the phone after 5p, tech confirmed install of new window to our system date...5 minutes early...ran into tech issues from previous (other company) poor installation...fixed and set me up - Very good service...as I said...ask for Josh...great job.

After researching quite a few security companies, I decided to give Epic a try because they are a local business, the contract was 2yrs instead of 3yrs, new homeowners received exceptional prices! Kyle was our representative and he was outstanding. He explained every piece of equipment before installation, He help with the online account and app on our phone. Kyle installed the service with my husband only, but he returned the following night to explain to me as well (no extra charge). I am glad he explained the $30 yearly charge to the emergency depts. (fire, police, etc.) The other companies failed to explained. Make a long story short, WE LOVE OUR SECURITY SYSTEM, touch pad, easy to use (in-home and phone app, bright display which even show temp of the weather outside! Tornado warning a month ago and our alarm system warned us! Beautiful and useful to have...every home need one!

I needed to secure a vacant listing while being away on an extended honeymoon in Hawaii this summer. So I called my past roommate Kyle, whom I haven't talked to in a while, to see if he's still selling alarms.
I was really short on cash and my credit still had some old derogatories. So I was pleasantly surprised that the new company (Epic Home Inc) that Kyle works for now, not only has awesome equipment and state-of-the-art monitoring, but they could also finance the upfront costs into a convenient monthly payment (with a 2-yr contract).
I got lucky that my credit score was just barely high enough to allow me to qualify. We had a break-in at the house earlier so I needed to get an alarm system right away to keep my seller at ease. I told Kyle to go ahead and sign me up right away. He even threw in some extra items to sweeten the deal.
Knowing that Kyle is pretty handy and has contractor experience I felt comfortable having him install the alarm without my presence. The system was up and running quickly, within a day or two. I was amazed by the ability to control the whole thing from my smart phone via Alarm.com website (or an app), thousands of miles away from the property. How awesome!
I especially like the ""smart"" keypad front-door lock he recommend I get. It allows me to create custom combinations for specific people and be notified by a text message the moment somebody enters or leaves the house. The internet-connected camera is also pretty cool, allowing me to take a peek inside the house anytime I want. It would also capture any movement if there was a break-in.
The monitoring system is also quite effective. The short sale did not get approved so the bank sent a crew to secure the house ahead of the Trustee Sale (foreclosure auction). The crew attempted to break open the door lock which triggered the alarm. I received a text alert and also a call from Central Security Group right away asking me what I wanted to do. They normally would dispatch the police but you could setup your account so that they call you first.
The amazing thing is the lock was smart enough to send a specific signal that it was being tempered with. That's some precise info! Since it didn't fit the scenario of a typical break-in, I decided to hold off on calling the cops and go to the property myself and see whats going on.
I got there within 30 minutes and caught the workers still trying to take my smart lock off to install one of their own. So the ""tempering"" description was right on! And dispatch was on top of it with a follow up call to see if I still needed a police dispatch.
The bank crew apologized to me and said if I had my For Sale sign on the property still they would have called me first. The workers gave me keys to the new locks that they installed. I wasn't too upset with them, they're just doing their job. I just didn't realize the bank would be trying to take over the property about a week ahead of the Trustee Sale. Good lesson for me.
Unfortunately the smart lock was already damaged beyond repair. Still I got to see in real life that it's one strong (and intelligent) peace of equipment. I salvaged the rest of the alarm system and plan to use it again when the need arises.
I'm still quite amazed by how well everything worked! Since I was notified right away by text, email and a call from the dispatch, I was able to get to the property quickly and avoid any further damage or issues.
Five-stars and much gratitude to Epic Home Inc, Central Security Group, Alarm.com and of course my friend Kyle!
Be sure to ask for him when you're ready for your alarm.
BTW, Kyle just let me know its possible to transfer the equipment/monitoring contract to another party (with qualification of credit) which gives me some options.

Everything was good until my outdoor video camera went out and they completely ignored me to come and look at it. NO support whatsoever, don't get outdoor video cameras from them they don't support you if they break down.
