Inappropriate to end a response with "" A little honesty would go a long way."" This was
a response to me by Enriquez when I noted he did not send me an estimate months ago when I requested it. I was told no new roof needed. Plain and simple. Never received it. Now, he had time to leave estimate # 2, after I left a telephone message several months later. This was for $9000 - for a new roof. Of course I was surprised. A phone call from the business could have explained the whopper change. Now, implying I was not honest. How dopey!
Business must be good for this guy. He has little interpersonal skills. Shame on him.
A big mistake. Time to go elsewhere despite this business listed highly on reviews. It certainly depends on what you see as ""great business."" Walk your talk and treat others how you want to be treated.... Long Beach businesses. A recommendation from God's Word.
So many considerate and courteous companies that send a customer timely estimates.

Tony at Enriquez roofing presented a professional quote and supplied a professional contract. Many other quotes from other companies were a verbal quote. If someone can't take the time to provide a professional quote are they really putting in the effort to estimate correctly? Tony did a great job on this.
Tony's brother Steve and his father Jamie, were hands on ensuring the fine details of the roofing job were taken care of. In roofing it's the small details overlooked that can result in problems. Their crew was amazing showing the care and dedication to make the job get done right. Everyone was hard working, friendly and I have so much respect for the care they put into their work.

This review is overdue. Enriquez Roofing replaced our roof last summer. It was a complete tear-off with 3 layers. The company did a great job communicating the steps in the process. They were very quick, clean, and efficient. I watched our neighbors roofing projects and some dragged on for weeks. Ours was complete in less than a week, with inspections, permits, and everything! Made it through our first season and NO leaks.

They were not the cheapest estimate but hardly the most expensive. Also, many of the cheap estimates required us to pull the permits or buy some material. Tony and his team did EVERYTHING. Reasonable, fair pricing and excellent workmanship and service.

Tony came out and did a careful and detailed inspection on flat roof and produced a quote with two options - giving me lots of information to make an informed decision. It turned our remodeling contractor also did roofing so we bundled with that job and did not use Enriquez. However I would not hesitate to use Enriquez in the future and highly recommend.

Excellent service, did what he said he'd do and they work in a very efficient way and reasonable price. He always answered my questions, and texts. Tony and everyone at Enriquez roofing was top notch. We had an old wood shake roof. It was a mess to take down. Tony and his team ripped the old roof out and put up our new beautiful roof in 5 days. Everyday they left they would do a massive cleanup around our yard, picking up the endless debris from the old roof. They were very thorough and detail orientated while working with our older house.

The bidding process was also great, having worked with a bunch of different vendors, it was a relief to have Tony come through and provide a fair bid, then confirm when they could start, and then actually start on that day. The value provided was exceptional. Highly recommend Enriquez roofing.
