During the height of a heavy rainy season, our tenants called about interior water damage. We called many roofers that didn't call us back and on the recommendation of a friend, we called Enriquez Roofing. Tony & his Dad came out within a day--inspected the roof, identified & photographed the areas that the leaks were coming from and scheduled a day for them to come back and patch & seal the areas that were a problem. This ""bought"" us a few weeks until the weather was more stable to replace the roof. Tony kept us informed all along the way and when there were a few days of dry weather, they replaced the roof. We were extremely pleased with the communication, the workmanship, the price, the clean-up and the follow through.
We would highly recommend Enriquez Roofing for roof repairs and/or replacement. Thanks, Tony!!

I wish I could give these guys more stars because they certainly earned it. I had a leak problem that other roofers didn't want to fix but Enriquez Roofing did it to perfection! We had our roof replaced by Enriquez roofing. Tony was very accommodating on schedule and absolutely gave us his honest and expert opinion. After getting 2 other quotes, we choose Enriquez Roofing because it is a family owned business and their quote was very competitive.
I would highly recommend Enriquez Roofing. Very professional from getting a quote to drawing up a contract to getting the work completed. The first time we did a huge job on our home and did not feel hounded for money before the work was complete.

Okay. This is my first time using Enriquez Roofing. I choose them after reading quite a few reviews for different roofers on Yelp. I read all the comments on their page and the thing that stuck out to me was that they are a family business, plus the '5' stars (I'm an avid supporter of family businesses).

My roof situation was something that needed immediate attention due to the heavy rains and when I called and spoke with Tony (Cipriano, don't ya just live that name) he was very accommodating and also knew the coming weather probability. We were able to schedule for him to come out, during a break in the rain, to give the estimate. He and his father came out, they hit the roof and took lots of pics and gave a detailed explanation of what was needed to repair two leaks. Plus also showing others areas that would need attention, but those were not necessary to do currently. The information was greatly appreciated and his written estimate was detailed and the work was scheduled.

On work day they arrived on time, repaired the leaks and showed the finished repair with pics. I'm looking forward to getting an estimate for a future roof installation. Want to be proactive for budget sake...We'll see...

But, for work done and responsiveness, follow through. I would give them the '5'

We thereafter got several more quotes, but ultimately it was Tony's professionalism, unmatched customer service, and patience that brought us back to selecting them. Cipriano and his dad did a fantastic job on my 4,000 SQ ft clay tile to shingle roof replacement. A lot of roofers will give you basically the same quote with the same materials but these guys also do high quality work and explain the quote better than everyone else I got bids from.

You can really tell they know their roofing when they explain all the detailed work they'll be doing to make sure water flows off the roof properly.

I also had them move one of my gutters and they did a great job on that as well.

Communication was super easy with text and email and I got great photos of the progress.

Instead of doing maintenance fixes every year on leaky roofs, right before year end 2021, we decided to install new roofs on our 2 commercial buildings that would also have added benefit of providing better insulation to deal with the summer heat in inland empire.

We obtained quotes from several contractors among them is Tony from Enriquez Roofing. Tony explained the TPO single-ply roofing process in detail including bringing us a mock up of what each of the layer would be like, what fasteners would be used and how the edges would be sealed.

In the end, we went with Tony for roof replacement due to the fast response, professional knowledge and good price.

They handled the entire city permit process, ordered and delivered the material and installed single-ply membrane for us over the course of a few weeks. In order to install the roof they had to lift up every item on the roof as they go and that includes the swamp coolers and AC units. We also have an antenna tower we use for office internet, they took care to lift it up and put it back without changing the alignment.

We see the good work they were doing and also asked them to changed new skylights and installed new coping metal.

Shortly after the new roofs were installed we had some rain. There was still some leak that persisted after the roof was installed. They came back and found the real cause, which was water penetrating from an outside wall adjacent to the roof work and they took care of it.

They also followed up with the manufacturer's warranty as promised.

Now summer is upon us and we can feel the new roofs help lower the inside temperature. Overall it was an outstanding experience and we highly recommend this company.

We were required by Tesla Energy to change the composition of the roofing substrata before they could install our solar panels. i received three quotes from companies I reached out to, and not only was Enriquez Roofing the most competitive quote, but also the most comprehensive in terms of the work they said they would provide. And they fulfilled every promise and more. The work was accomplished efficiently and met all of Tesla's requirements. Additionally, Cipriano (president of Enriquez Roofing) submitted photos and descriptions to Tesla Energy immediately when requested. He and his employees were extremely professional throughout the process, and left the job site neater than they found it. We could not have been more pleased. We have another, non-critical, roofing issue that needs work, and will be hiring Enriquez Roofing when we are ready to proceed with it.
