I would like to say I was recommended to Enloe by a friend I worked with whom had used Enloe for his home. His claim was they were the best and cheapest, great quality work because, they were the distributor to everyone else. I had just bought a home that need three window replace. I called set up an appointment for an estimate. The salesman arrived gave me the best price out of everyone else I called. From the point of sale to the actual install was a little lengthy but, overall a great job done at the lowest price.

Great product, company is a struggle to work with.

On November 16, 2015 I called Enloe Residential and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. The estimator arrived promptly the next day and gave me an estimate. I agreed to the work and paid a down payment. The estimator indicated I would be contacted to schedule the installation soon. My check cleared my bank two days later. Unfortunately this would be the last transaction with Enloe that occurred quickly.

After a month of not hearing from Enloe, I called the phone number on my contract to inquire as to when the installation would get scheduled. My call was transferred but it went to voicemail. I left a voicemail, giving my name and phone number, address and why I was calling. A day later my call had not been returned so I called again and left another message. That message was not returned either. I called a third time and left a third message which went unreturned.

I gave up and called a different number listed on their advertisements and explained that I had left three messages but no one had returned my calls. I was transferred to the General Manager but had to leave a voicemail. That message was not returned. I called again the next day and left another voicemail that was not returned. Finally after a week of calling, I was contacted to schedule the installation. No one mentioned my voicemails that went unreturned or explain why it took so long to call me back.

The first date for installation had to be postponed due to weather. Later that day the installer for the soffit repair called to schedule their work. Unfortunately they did not show up that day (due to a family emergency) and since they didn't have my phone number written down, they couldn't call me. The next day they showed up quite unexpectedly and did their work and told me the gutter installer would be at my home later that day, but no timeframe. Late that day the gutter installer arrived. He apologized for not calling because he did not have my phone number.

My check for the down payment cleared my bank in lightning speed, yet it took five weeks to get the work scheduled. Installers that don't have the customer's phone number is obviously a poor business practice. Further, when I call their company they answer as ""Southern Window and Siding Company."" At this point I'm still not completely sure who I did business with.

Although this company has a great product, they are very frustrating to work with. On the bright side, the installers (who appear to be sub contractors) are very pleasant, professional and courteous. It was NOT their fault that Enloe Residential didn't give them my phone number.

3or 4 years ago my parents had a leaf free seamless gutter put up where they had an existing aluminum gutter. They were to take down and install new one, plus leave the old one there so I could put it up on the front of the house. Not knowing when they were coming so someone could be there, my parents came home from Dr's appts and they were all done and no old gutter left!!! Every attempt to get someone on the line was left unanswered! No calls back. I wonder if now that aluminum prices aren't so high if they still steal gutters!!! Oh the gutters installed aren't very good they still clog up with a black gooey mass. I would never recommend Enloe.
