I have been waiting on my windows since January 2021 its June 23rd now.I was told they would have to make windows 6 wks.They wanted half money up front 6300. IVE CALLED , OH WELL BE OUT THERE NEXT WEEK ,NEVER COMES. He sent out guy Wayne to measure ,thought he'd already measured when he came out got order. This has gone on and on ,I decided call BB bureau to see if there are any thing on them ,they said yes but couldn't tell me any thing. OK I CALLED HIM AGAIN ,told him I called BBB and talked to them ,are you you going to do my porch and windows ,yes I have someone out there tomorrow .A guy came out measured and made list of what he needs.Sent it to Daniel no word that was last week .Nothing ,can't get no one in office to talk ,different one every week .The guy never showed back up ,he said no word on coming back to finish it .I text him ask why the guys didn't show back up This is what he text me, I'm a 74 yr old woman and not in good health.Fuck you mother Fulkerson I don't give a full about your porch,then he said what funding number you have is FUCKING WRONG MOTHER FUCKER its his no the 1 I call and text him.Im really upset and hurt by this kind of service from a business man suppose to be putting in my windows and porch ,13,000 .I'd really like to have my money back after this kind of service. I've been waiting on my porch ,bought my rocking chairs .Now this is really upsetting me, my son and daughter is very upset the way I've been treated. .

I paid this company thousands of dollars (1/2 of the total) to replace.my roof damaged in Hurricane Laura in December of 2020. At the time we reached our agreement, work would begin the first or second week of January. I was asked to please allow them some extra time due to weather but assured work would be complete by the end of January 2021. It.is now April 10, 2021 and I still have a hole in my roof. I regret doing business with this company. Since Februaru they were going to get to me ""next"". Now, they won't even return my phone calls after I have left.messages every day this week.. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from these people as you can.

The worst contractor I have ever dealt with. Took our 10,000.00 + deposit over six months ago. Had to file a case with BBB and talked with local police department regarding contractor fraud. All currently pending
