Niguera W.I had my roof taken down to the plywood and redone. Nikki Cho was my project manager and she is the best. I had five other bids from guys. When she showed up, I was like what is she gonna do. lol. I tell you what, she came prepared. She had her equipment and she presented the material Energy Roofing uses for each stage of the process and you can see the quality. She got up on the ladder and walked and measured the roof and she convinced me Energy Roofing is the best and I have to agree with her. lol. She wasn't the lowest and she was not the highest. Her price was in the middle and this lady knows her stuff and I am pleased with the results. She does not disappoint and she represents her company well. I would definitely recommend her to friends, family and property managers. Thanks Nikki!
