I wish it was possible to give a zero rating, but nonetheless i have had nothing but financial problems since this so called system was put in place.
First of all, my Edison bill has not changed if any thing the cost continues to increase...absoultely no CHANGE!!! so basically I have these panels on my roof for absoultely no reason but to have a lien placed on my home for 30k not to mention the fact that my property taxes has increased because i was told by the company to add my son on the deed as they advised me that this is a normal practice and I trusted these folks when they said that there was no need to worry it was just to be able to finance the loan. NOT the case the property was reassessed and the taxes went extremely high, they actually had me removed from the deed. I had to go thru hell and high water to add myself back to my own deed.
Today i received a letter from the office of the assessor and due to this company having me to add my child to the deed and having me removed it has caused an increase of $256,481.00 in proproperty taxes based on the current vaule of the home being $450,000. Unfortunately, there's nothing I'm able to due because the law changed 2/2021 whereas certain sales/transfers of property no longer allows for transfers between parent/child - it basically has to be both parties primary resident which is not the case my kid has not live with for years.

Needless too say, I'll be forced to sale my home because there's no way on God's green earth would i be able to afford any increase let alone to that magnitude.

Prop 19 Exclusion -no longer can a parent/child exclusion take place without the person transferring the property not being it primary residence therefore the property must be reassessed at the current value (450,000).

***NEAR FUTURE --HOMELESS DUE TO THIS COMPANY BEING DISHONEST AND MISLEADING --HAD THEY DONE WANT THEY PROMISED IN REGARDS TO THE DEED I WOULD NOT BE IN THIS POSTION.

IF ANYONE HAS LEGAL ADVISE PLEASE PLEASE LET ME KNOW;(

And no the SOLAR still does not work as they Promised..Production Shortfalls at its best, as if I knew how many panels I needed (consumer).

I have my solar installed by them in the middle of July 2022 and if we didn't get the power outage in Sept 2 I'm not going to find out that our solar stop working since Aug 5. I called them Sept 2 to complain it takes about 1 1/2 weeks for them to send someone and their technician tried to resent it and it didn't work and then he check and told me that my solar stop working since Aug. 5. He told me that I should monitor my solar but nobody told me until Sept. 8 by their insurance company. I called their office that day to ask about it and they said that their system is down. I called them almost everyday checking on when they are going to send the technician to fix my solar and they said they don't have available technician. They told me today that she will let me know if they have someone next week. One month and 2 weeks without solar and my electric bill is more than $200 and going and they just taking their time and doesn't care if you ended up with higher bill and they told me they are not going to pay it. They said it's the homeowners job to monitor your solar but they didn't tell you and give you the link for you to monitor so like me I just found out when I called them and ask about it. ENERGY RENOVATION CENTER A SOLAR COMPANY who doesn't have technician to fix the solar that they installed. They installed the solar and only work for 3 weeks and it stop working. Im really disappointed with this company that I don't want to refer them to nobody. I check the BBB and couple of people also complaining about them. Right now this is my problem with them and if your looking for this company check all their REVIEWS.

Update: I was contacted asking if they can come work on my project. They gave a date and time and never showed up. I'm glad I have kept a log of phone calls, text messages, appointments where they never showed up.

The most unreliable and misleading organization. Energy Renovation center installed my solar panels this month. I have professionally repaired my roof before solar installation. A professional roof repair company took care of my roof and left it in perfect condition before solar installation. Energy Renovation Center left my roof severely damaged after solar install. Rachelle Gallardo, my solar project manager, insured me that my roof tiles would be professionally replaced after solar panels were installed. She insured me that all work would be done professionally. I have invited a roof company to inspect my roof after solar panels were installed. Numerous roof tiles were left broken by the Energy Renovation Center, they were never replaced. Some of the roof tiles were glued with some unprofessional white substance. A pile of unused roof tiles were left on the side of my house, since they did not fit the type and style of the roof tile on top of my home. Spray cans were left under the solar panels. This is the most unprofessional and unreliable organization I have ever dealt with.

They do not stand by their warranty and they keep saying I cant see my solar online due to bad WIFI and i have google extended wifi with camera and have zero issues.

Horrible company!!! Do not waste your money. They will not help resolve issues. They have changed get the inverter 2 times and it still does not work. I am paying double my light bill.

Our experience with this company has been the absolute worst . Upon signing and agreeing to our contract we were told that installation for both solar and the included free patio would be installed in July of 2021 and our solar is just now going in and it is now September .... Our patio is saying another 6 months from September to get materials and they are installing without permits. Also we paid 41,000 for 20 panels when not knowing what we were getting ourselves into and doing later research the average cost in CA is around 12-14k!!!! We were ripped off and the company was so unprofessional , we just want to let others know what they are about to get themselves into. The sales rep also measured for our patio using his feet instead of a tape measure which made our measurements inaccurate resulting in more delay as well!!!

They promised a 5KW system and delivered a 4.2 KW system. Now I have a bad panel and they want over $400 to repair. Apparently the panel is under warrantee but the labor is not. BEWARE!

Reps were on time, courteous, friendly...Even fixed existing solar system, which was only half of what was needed (rep helped me get some money back from other solar company who's panels didn't work for 3 years).

The worst company you can ever work with!! we would like to warn you from them especially from the owner who talks rude to you and the office manager who hangs up on you when she doesn't want to listen.
They install solar system in our home and they screwed-up up with the wiring that caused a surge and they do not want to fix it and only want $390 to come to review the problem..... Do not work with them ever. be careful. A professional other solar technician who came with pay (from a different company) told us that to fix it it will cost us $3000. We have warranty but because their rudeness we can't get it to be repaired. We had to pay $250 for electricity bill just because it is not connected well and it doesn't work. A system of over $30,000 with no warranty.
