Reps were on time, courteous, friendly...Even fixed existing solar system, which was only half of what was needed (rep helped me get some money back from other solar company who's panels didn't work for 3 years).

The worst company you can ever work with!! we would like to warn you from them especially from the owner who talks rude to you and the office manager who hangs up on you when she doesn't want to listen.
They install solar system in our home and they screwed-up up with the wiring that caused a surge and they do not want to fix it and only want $390 to come to review the problem..... Do not work with them ever. be careful. A professional other solar technician who came with pay (from a different company) told us that to fix it it will cost us $3000. We have warranty but because their rudeness we can't get it to be repaired. We had to pay $250 for electricity bill just because it is not connected well and it doesn't work. A system of over $30,000 with no warranty.

I contacted this company after they installed a 30K solar system in a house that I purchased a month ago, the system is slightly over a year old. The system suddenly stopped working. I called to them and I asked for help... During our conversation, I received a rude response from the own (probably a one guy company) that wanted to charge me $395 just for a technician to stop by to see what is wrong, so ridiculous price just for a visit, before even knowing what is the problem. I will NOT recommend working with this ""company"" ever, I felt so angry just speaking with this guy over the phone, I felt the rudeness so bad, I wouldn't dare even calling him for free estimate. One Star is too much for this company, if I could select none, I will be much happier showing my feeling.

I wanted to get solar panels installed, so after thinking about it for over a year I finally made the change! I am glad that the solar panels help me out with the cost of my utilities and the install went so smooth. I am a happy camper!

I was unhappy with the result and incomplete work. One of their representative sold me on a dream of a complete remodel and left me with no motor in my garage, cheap artificial grass, trash on my property, no remodel porch and incomplete HVAC installing with no permits .The company were unable to honor his promise and blamed me. I had contract and emails. I am currently filing a claim against all parties. I hate to say I was taken advantage of as young minority women but I have to let anyone approaching this company make the right decision. I'm well connected in my community and people have reached out to stand with me against this company.

Had windows, solar and roof done by these guys. Crew that came out for the roof were outstanding and extremely hard workers.
The 2 guys for windows did impeccable work.
Solar came and were gone before i even got home and panels look great. Only downside was a nails left behind (still finding them) left all the work trash and boxes behind and many bottles of urine left in wrong receptacle so i had to remove and put in correct one, (disgusting)plus completely overfilled my trash early in week so had nowhere to put trash. after all is said and done and everything looks and works great, I cant help but feel I was taken advantage of, because the sales guy treated me like such a douch, feel like i was nickled and dimed with extras things not being conveyed to me or crew. frequently unanswered Calls, frequently unanswered texts . At one point it was mentioned to me how hard he was working for me because been to house 4 times. Oh Wow sales left me completely in the dark most of the time.
Thank goodness for the lady in the office Jamie, she saved the day, had all my questions answered, calmed me down even called just to give updates.
Without her on this project I would have had hart attack for sure.
Overall very pleased with workmanship
Unfortunately I could not recommend due to feeling of being taken advantage of.

If your in need of a new roof and solar system this is the company to go with. Honest, upfront and quality work. They clean up every day they are on the site and make sure everything is in good working order. When the inspector came everything passed with flying colors. Couldn't be happier with the install and product. And you can't beat a 50 yr warranty on a roof. I'll never have to worry about it again.

In my profession I work with a lot of Solar Installers. I chose ERC to design and install my system due the fact they not only say what they are going to do, but they make sure they do it and then make sure it's done well. In the Solar industry, integrity and reputation is everything. Joey and his crew live by the old ""Golden Rule"" "" Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."" They will go above and beyond your expectation, the install crews are very friendly and do not mind all of your questions and will take the time to not only hear your questions or concerns, but will also explain and talk to you about it and make sure that your questions or concerns were answered and addressed. Very professional. Thank you again Joey and the crews, Job well done!

I would definitely recommend Energy Renovation Center to anyone who is looking for an honest company who goes over and beyond for their customers. We had quotes from 3 other companies for Solar and Energy Renovation Center not only beat their prices but with better panels and inverters. We also decided to have a whole house fan installed and glad we did! They have the newest technology called Quiet Cool. We can hardly hear it when it's turned on and it's also the most energy efficient fan on the market.
