Our roof had hail damage and we were referred to Energy Efficient Roofing. I am very happy we were too. I left a message and my call was returned promptly. Joe Coker is the Vice President of the company and that is who called. Joe came out quickly and he knew his stuff. We wanted to learn about the class 4 roofing shingles and Joe knew it all. After educating my wife and I we decided to move forward with Joe and upgrade our roof. They completed the job in 1 day 1 day!!!! They cleaned up and just amazed us at their level of professionalism. Richard Ford was extremely professional worked hard to make sure that no detail was overlooked. On the day of the install, the owner of the company even showed up to make sure that everything was going well. It's really nice to deal with a local company that delivers what they promise.

We had a roof leak that I was certain was going to mean a huge issue and big expense. David came to my house and was able to quickly inspect the issue and was able to guide me on how to address the issue quickly and then fixed our issue without it requiring a new roof we clearly didn't need.

David Personally handled our project and I was super relieved I could trust him and his advice.

Had our roof replaced last year (May 16, 2017) after hail hit the Corinth area. David DeWald is the owner of this company and was recommended to us by a neighbor who used him a ""few"" times over a couple of years. He came out and inspected the roof and house and said it needed to be replaced. All good, as he was very to the point in explaining the process. We had no idea how this worked as we have only been living in this area for two and half years. He dealt with our insurance company and met with the adjuster and made it official we needed a new roof. He wrote up the work order met with us again and we signed the paperwork and waited for a good weather to get started. They completed the tear down and reroof in one day. Thought that was great, but clean up could have been better, but at this point, all good. Roof looked great. David explained that for issues we discussed concerning the gutters were simple adjustments and installation of bigger down spouts and deflectors in certain areas. His gutter people came out and replaced the gutters, (May 27th) but didn't install the bigger down spouts or deflectors and as we tried to explain what David told us needed to be done, they didn't understand English and we don't speak Spanish. SO, they replaced gutters and left. Spoke to David about it and he said he would let Adan Alveraz, who is the sub contractor used by David for gutters and let him know to come back and fix as expected. In late June 2017, we contacted David to let him know nobody has came to fix gutter concerns. He assured us he will contact Adan and have him come out and take care of. Late July 2017, still not fixed and have not heard from anyone. So the things we need fixed and David agreed should be fixed by him are, deflectors on roof over garage (leaking), deflectors put on back area of house to change way water drains. Bigger down spouts on front corner of house, patio in backyard now is taking in water when it rains and results in standing water on the deck until we sweep it off. NEVER had that problem before and I sent him pictures and he once again assured us it would be taken care of. This type of runaround went on until May of 2018. Yes over a year! Also noticed lighting tube in attic from roof was knocked out of line. Half ass fix by him was attempted by placing a piece of tape to hold it in place and came undone shortly after the fix. Finally Adan came and installed a deflector over the garage and my wife spoke to him about the patio concerns, he told my wife this is the first time hearing about it and he would have talk to David. Gave her a few suggestions on how it could be addressed and left. Several weeks passed and I contacted David and he now told me none of these issues were his concern and he was not going to waste any more time or resources on me and not a dime was coming out of his pocket to fix. June 2018, after all of the back and forth and having only two deflectors installed on the roof (one on the back of the house was put in the wrong area and never corrected, (see his photos on what needed to be done and wasn't), and he washed his hands of us and told me to ""carry on"" as he had no other dealings with me. Sad that you can't trust some of these salespeople. I'm sure he was paid a good amount of money from our insurance company, but we ended up on the losing side by giving him our business. Smooth talker that all was good until repairs were needed. Would not recommend!!!!!!!!!! Hard to deal with all his workers unless you speak Spanish.
