Disappointed. Signed contract for 14 windows. Kenny determined they couldn't replace three small ones with their product. After approval of change order, received two sets of finance docs with wrong interest rate and/or term. Decided to pay cash; notified by text. No response. Additional text and two phone calls over next two weeks asking about making deposit and seeing window sample. No response until today when company said they are cancelling the contract because we didn't sign the loan docs. Kenny gets one star for professionalism and honesty.

The team was fantastic and great customer service and care. Rich, Taylor, Zach, and the rest of the were very professional. Only thing is they forgot to grid out one out of the six widows..hope my HOA is okay with it. The installation crew was great but should verify the particularls before the process starts. However, I told that would be corrected if needed. Hope the are good on their word at a later date. All in all, happy with the products and the GREAT customer service i was given. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to build or upgrade their home.

Good job, I love the windows. Energycore construction cleaned up the debris after job and the installers were very courteous and professional. Eric helped with explaining the windows and Taylor measured.

I absolutely love my new windows and sliding door. My project manager Eron Macias made sure everything was completed correctly. I had 21 windows including the slider, and many windows were huge. I was actually surprised at how quick the windows and sliding door were made and installed. I was worried about my shutters but they assured the shutters wouldn't need to be removed to install. Everyone wore masks during the appointments and install, and were very courteous. I recommend this company if you need any of the services they offer. Thank you Eron for following up through the entire process.

Prompt and timely from first call to the placement of our new windows. Energy core measured twice and throughly explained their windows. The installation was done so well and windows were sealed beyond my expectations. They are beautiful and our home is already cooler in the day and warmer at night. I couldn't be happier.

Loved the way the communication was from the beginning. Workers were covid prepared. Jonathan Martinez was a great help in setting up appts. and checking on things. We had the windows done and they are perfect. The look, the slide, the overall performance is great. Am doing the heating unit now. Highly recommended, quality products. Very community concerned . I GAVE them ALOT of money in 9/2019 for windows AND AC heating ,ducting. But they have been like pulling teeth to get them to come out to fix the AC which has never worked right. They treat me like I'm bothering them trying to excuse away my problems and not send anyone to help me. I am older and need s repair AC kept running and it was costing me an arm and a leg. But they just said it was normal or tried to have do something to the thermostat and when all they had to make an appt. This has happened three times. The AC heating has been a problem from the get go. But they have been very very difficult to get help plus they are very over priced and the PACE LOAN HEROS PROGRAMS ARE A SCAQM TO GET THE DOUBLE THE MONEY BIG PENALTY TO PAY OFF EARLY. IT HAS JUST BEEN HORRIBLE. BUT I NEEDED HELP 8/24/2020 AND I JUST HAD TO TRY TO LET SOMEONE KNOW.
