0 stars if Yelp would allow it. Scheduled an exterior paint estimate appointment with a solicitor name Chris B. Company never came at the promised time nor called in advance about being late/no-show.

Easy to say that I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. If you can't even commit to a time, what are the chances they'll follow thru with the work?

It was a pleasure to work with Amir , a great communicator who was on top of all the details on my project. My backyard looks amazing. We did 3D design before, which came out really nice. I would definitely do more construction projects with them and I highly recommend anyone to do the same.

Energy builders group and Amos are really committed to helping people and improving their homes. I've been very happy with the process and they took time to explain different options and potential issues, etc. Especially making me aware of costs they don't have any control over such as permits etc.. I think you definitely want to consider them in any upcoming remodel!

READ YOUR CONTRACT AND HAVE IT LOOKED OVER BY AN EXPERT. Could save you thousands.

(Update: I just received a call from someone representing Energy Builders Group asking to talk about my review. He was pushy, rude and talking over me. He called back when I hung up. Let me make it clear I did not sign the contract and commence business. the project cost was estimated just under $10,000 plus city permit fees estimated $1000 to $1500. The city couldn't give a firm price until plans are submitted. When I had spoke with David yesterday I told him that was high, but I didn't see a problem with it.)

I met with David whose card says he is a partner with Energy Builders Group about installing a roughly 6-18 foot patio cover. David says he is an owner and that he won't work with everyone, but that we seemed like a good match. Nice sales skills. David explained that the quote is all inclusive except city permit fees. He intimated that I pay the contract price plus the permits and that's the only add-on unless we ask for changes.
THE RED FLAG
Once I had the proposed contract in hand I noticed this line, ""Energy Builders Group is not responsible for any fees involved with the entire

process of permits, blueprints, city fees associated with clients patio cover."" Seems right. Right? NO! According the the expert I consulted this little phrase puts the cost of blueprints as an add-on cost to me at minimum.

I spoke with David about the language this morning. As I attempted to explained why I was not comfortable with the language in the contract he repeatedly interrupted me mansplaining. He said Energy Builders Group wasn't going to pay for the blueprints if we decided not to move forward after going through the city permitting process... Sounds right. However again this is not what the words in the contract mean.

Cut to the chase. David saved me the trouble of saying no thank you by blurting out ""You're not a good match..."" He means you are not rolling over. Glad I have a hard-sells guy in my family so I recognized the process.

REMEMBER FREQUENTLY CONTRACTS ONLY PROTECT THE COMPANY WHEN THEY SHOULD ALSO PROTECT YOU TOO.

Amos and Amir at Energy builders group exceeded my expectations for my recent bathroom remodels. Initially was o my going to remodel my one guest bathroom, but we were able to get it done under budget and ahead of schedule and decided to do my other bathroom as well. The team was professional , communicated well throughout the process, and delivered expedito al craftsmanship in time and under budget. The project manager Amir ensured a smooth experience, and the final results was exactly what I envisioned. I HIGHLY recommend energy builders group for a hassle free and top quality remodeling job. Will be using them in the near future for my kitchen remodel and will update this post when we get the job done.

I was referred to Energy Builders Group through a good friend who was very pleased with their service. We wanted to remodel our very old kitchen. I contacted them and they had someone come out a few days later to see the kitchen and give us an estimate. We were pleased with the meeting and estimate so we decided to go with them. In the end I'm happy we did because we love our new kitchen! Updated cabinets, counters, backsplash, everything! Overall Amos at Energy Builders was pleasant to work with and attentive to my (at times) very demanding needs! Thank you for your patience Amos! Highly recommend!

The worst company I have ever had do work on my house. Practically everything they did in my house is falling apart. The laminated flooring, the showers they put in, the grout in the tile they put in, the Crack repairs in the wall, and last the painting they did inside the house. The electricians they used were the only bunch that was worth a damn. These guys were great, that's because the were with another company that was hired by Energy Builders Group. So doing throw away your money on these guys.

First appointment- called after the appointment time to reschedule.
Second appointment- called to say they were running late. No showed. Got a call back an hour after the newly rescheduled time that the rep had a family emergency. So sorry and would give us 30% off if we went with them.
Third appointment - no call no show and still no call back.
If this is how they are when they're trying to get business I'm afraid of what they would be like after they get it.
