The morning after a fire destroyed my home, the sisters and I were shocked when found these crooks removing my property from my home and loading it into a pod that they had placed in my driveway. They were told to put everything back and remove that pod.
Afterwards, the owner came by trying to get me to sign his contract. I did not sign this. I ended up calling to have the pod removed myself. A bill with business owner came to my home for that pod. I do not know if he paid this or not. I now know that a invoice was submitted and paid for by my insurance company.

After the storm I was very distraught about my house. I thought it wasn't repairable. I met Ron and he was very detailed and thorough about what would be done to get my house back right. Ron kept his word and delivered. I love it!! He's very professional and kept me updated every step of the way! Highly recommendable.

Just reached out to En'Cynk this morning for a very minor leak repair & was so impressed with how quickly they came out to address the situation. Thankfully due to their timeliness, no mold developed. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up sheetrock fragments from the repair.

I would not recommend this contractor to my worst enemy. If you are considering this contractor check with the Better Business Bureau first. You will find out he is not with the BBB.....red flag. If he shows up to your home while it's on fire ....be ware of this ambulance chaser! Read the contract he gives you closely before you sign it, and ask for an itemized list of the work you are having done. Ron Jones' business practices are unethical!

The aforementioned En Cynk Fire Restoration hit my vehicle with their work truck, under the influence of marijuana, and sped off from the scene. When I called them they gave me an excuse that the owner ""broke his leg"" and they would take care of my damages when he was better. Here we are almost a year later and he has dodged calls, and generally been a jerk about taking care of his responsibility. RON JONES is immature and irresponsible, and absolutely NOT professional. AVOID!

Had a massive water leak in a rental property...pleasantly surprised that En'Cynk was able to respond to the situation so quickly. I hope I never have to use this type of service again, but if I did need to, I would definitely give these guys a call first.
