John had fixed some leaks in our hall about a year ago with very good results. He offered to do a proposal to fix some more problems on the hall as well as our church roof. His proposal was very comprehensive with detailed photos which really helped our board understand the needed repairs without anyone having to climb up on our roofs. He was very patient as we worked the process to approve the project and was very straightforward on what work was needed. His proposal was very reasonable and based on our past experience, decided to go ahead with the work. The work was done in a timely manner and John was great to work with throughout the process. After the repairs were completed, he took detailed photos which really helped us see what was repaired. He was even able to match some very old paint on some roof boards. We are very satisfied with his work and can recommend him highly for any roofing needs.

John, from Encompass Rooftop Services, came by to survey our commercial rooftop to complete a project for one of our tenants. The project would include painting and waterproofing. In addition to this survey for our tenant, John provided a free survey of our rooftop while he was here.

The thing I appreciated was John's professionalism and honesty during his review. He provided some suggestions that we could take care of on our own, and he provided a quotation for what he thought needed to be fixed in the near term.

Going above and beyond: there was a hole in a duct cover which was left by a tenant working on the rooftop, and John went ahead and patched up the hole right there on the spot. He didn't need to do this, but the issue was minor and could be done, and John got it fixed on the spot.
