Fernando M.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
One of the worst experiences I ever had with a contractor. Ignoring all the signs I had, I decided to go with Matthew Eli because he sounded knowledgeable and the reviews here, which are likely fake reviews from friends and family.
He charged me $4,500 to repair a couple of roof leaks, repair the ceiling inside the house and coat my flat roof and carport with a specific silicone, which he gave a 20 year warranty! Well, only 2 days later, after a very light rain I found out that NOTHING HAD BEEN FIXED, since all leaks were still very active!! So I went up to the roof and all silicone on the flat roof were cracked and peeling off, he even coated silicone on top of his own cigarette buds, the place were he assured to be the issue, WAS NOT, it was a completely different area. So after many answered calls and msg's, he only called me back after I left him a msg saying I wanted to give him another job. He came back and after seeing his own job he admitted he had used old expired product and also did a wrong assessment of the issue. In other words he charged me $4,500 to use expired product and not fix anything. To make things even worst, he wanted to charge me more money to fix the same issue I hired him to fix in the first place, arguing it was now a different area, even though he was the one assessing and assuming what and where the issue was. I obviously opposed to his ""solution"" and after been advised by him that if I take this to court I would lose, I told him not to come back to my house ever.
He obviously has no idea what he is doing, and perform his work in a very poor, unprofessional and dirty way.
His company does not exist and he couldn't even provide an actual invoice (even though he said he would.
