Unfortunately what could have been a good experience has become a very sour note. New roof was installed days befor eour closing as part of the purchase agreement. As new buyer i had to co tribute to upgrade the roof. Once we moved fould that the eavesdrip was cut in areas where the gutter was without asking me if i wanted to keep the gutter or not. Also found nails not nailed to the stud. Called Mike the VP, and he came and said it is not there fault as noone told him to remove the gutter and that this is standard policy. How am i to know this if this was not stated on the estimate provided. He came again and said the same thing to me and showed no sign of wanting to remedy the situation. After arguing back and forth and seeing he was not wanting to help fix this, but was asking for an additional $595 to fix it i told him to leave and he did without even fixing the nails that are sticking out from the sides. Not professional nor caring company. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else.
