I just can't say enough about this company. I grew up in the building business, and I'm in investigations now, so there is no escaping my vetting process, both before and during the project. I watched them when they didn't know they were being watched. Here's what I saw:
1. Attention to detail like it was their own house.
2. Respect for the property and buildings.
3. Attention paid to my four dogs and never leaving any of our 7 gates open.
4. Polite and respectful to myself and my husband.
5. The boss, Jennifer. She was onsite every day, making sure everything was done correctly. She was so easy to work with...I even consulted her on colors, etc.
6. Price was fair...not the cheapest...not the most expensive.
7. The work was exceptional, from top to bottom.

They did all the soffits, eaves, fascia, new gutters, tore down a rotted porch cover, fixed siding and trim, and painted four buildings. Incredible. It took about 3 weeks, as we got rained out a few times. I can't express how pleased I am. Check out the pics.

Jennifer, the owner of Empire Home Solutions showed up promptly and energetic to our scheduled meeting. She presented several roofing options and shingle samples to us to ponder over while she gave a detailed description. Her knowledge of was second to none, but she never was pushy or aggressive. We did get quotes from other companies, and we wasted our time, no one's quote or customer service matched what we received from Empire. We immediately called Jennifer back and locked in our project. We are very happy we did, because our roof looks brand new and the quality of work is unbelievable.
