I hired this company to do a roof inspection on a home I was looking to purchase. The agreement was that they would come to the property and the inspection would take about 2 hours and they would follow up with a full report about the costs of repairs and replacement of the roof. The cost was $250 for the inspection and full report.

The ""inspector"" was there for no more than 10 minutes. I told him that time was of the essence and he confirmed my email several times so that he could send the report to me right away. It has now been over a week later and the report was never produced. They have ignored at least 10 phone calls/voicemails and another handful of emails I have sent them. The one time I got through with a phone call the woman yelled at me belligerently and was not the least bit apologetic.

She said she would talk to the owner and ""see what they could do"". Nobody has gotten back to me since then. I had to extend my inspection period with the contract I had to purchase the property they ""inspected"" and the negotiation fell apart because the roofing report never came in. Needles to say I have lost the house I was going to buy, they have not refunded me my $250, and they still have not responded to me in any way.

Finally, within this time period, my coworker found out what roofing company I used and he said they did his roof. He said him and his dog are still stepping on nails from them in backyard about 6 months later.

Used Embick for roof repairs in 2020, and sure wish I hadn't! They took longer than promised to come out and fix my leaky roof and 14 months later (only warranties for 12) it was leaking in the same place. It is clear that my roof repair wasn't handled properly by Embick and I wasted $2,800 using them!

We hired Embick to replace our asphalt shingle roof. Danny was an excellent sales rep, very knowledgeable and responsive. The crews were very respectful of our property while on site, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. The roof was completed for the price quoted, no surprises. We couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this company.

Embrick repaired and replaced a 700' sq flat roof for me in Tequesta. They did an amazing job. The quality of work was beyond reproach. The work matched the quote, they were easy to work with, and they delivered on time. I would give them the highest recommendation! When they were done, it was hard to tell they were even there. Great job all around.

Very disappointed. We had a very small leak in our roof that only leaked while getting hard rain. They came and fixed the roof for ONLY 20 minutes and charged us almost $1000 for the repair! They will tell you oh this repair didn't take 20 minutes but I assure you it did - the workers sat in their car for the majority of the time since it was raining. This is ridiculous. I will go with someone else next time I need a repair.

Mildly disappointed that Embick did not show up for the appointment that THEY rescheduled after canceling the first appointment ""due to an emergency."" I called and left 2 messages and days later, no one has responded. The other two companies I called DID show up. Therefore, one of them will be getting my business.

Embick roofing was fantastic. I should have written this review last April, when they put on the new metal roof on my vet clinic. They were FANTASTIC! They understood that down time costs me money. They removed the prior roof and put on the new one in 3 days. It would have been 2 days except the metal fabricator thought i wanted unpainted metal instead of a white metal roof.
I had replaced the roof on my house a few years ago by a different company and that was a horrible prolonged experience.
Embick was a breathe of fresh air!

Tried to get a quote twice, they are very unprofessional including never showing up for the scheduled inspection.
