If honesty, quality of workmanship, professionalism and trustworthiness are important to you, then EM Roofing is the company to go with.

I've worked with Eduardo (owner) on a few small projects over the years and then recently contracted with him to replace the roof on our house. He said it would take 3-4 days and sure enough the job was completed in 3 days (from removal of the old roof to new roof installed).

To give you a sense for the type of person Eduardo is, sometime ago (before we had our new roof installed) I asked him if he could inspect a new roof my mother-in-law had had installed by another company. She lives in San Jose which is outside of where EM Roofing normally operates, but Eduardo made a special trip down there to check it out and give my mother-in-law peace of mind. She then tried to pay him for his time but wouldn't accept anything. That, is the kind of person you'll be working with if you choose EM Roofing.

As far as our experience goes, the entire project was about as easy as it gets. I have to give a strong shout-out to Rafael who was the foreman on our job. He was extremely patient with the ""thousand"" questions I asked him, and he and his crew worked their butts off getting our new roof installed during a heatwave no less. And before they left, they made sure to pick-up/clean-up all debris that was created during the project.

This is the second roof EM Roofing has done for us. The first one it was a more complicated task because the heat in the upper floor of the building. Eduardo came with a great idea and design. They did an excellent job in replacing a cedar wood shake with a new synthetic roof shake while accommodating the same roof deck space sheathing that is used for wood shake roofs. Eduardo was willing to work with me on adjusting his scheduling of the job as the material delivery was delayed. He and his crew did an excellent job in installing and also making sure all other aspects of the job were completed such as replacing or repairing flashing, cleanup, etc. His foreman for the job along with the roofers were very friendly, courteous along with being excellent roofers.

We had just a small job of getting leaf guards put over our rain gutters. After consulting about our needs and type of debris we were getting, Edwardo recommended 2 types for us to choose from. These guards are sturdy and permanent, and will keep our gutters free of leaves, twig pieces, and asphalt tile bits.
They finished in less than half a day, and did a spectacular job of cleaning up the entire roof, gutters, and then the yard when they were done.

We initially used EM Roofing a few years ago for some minor repair work and we came back to them when we needed this major work done.
