I had a small pool house that had a roof 25 years old and needed replacement. I got three bids and then a friend recommended I call EM Roofing.
Eduardo came out and looked at the roof and I received a bid one day later. His price was significantly lower and with the recommendation I decided to use them. We had a date set but the heavy rains this winter (2019) caused a short delay. Once the weather cleared, his crew showed up and in two days I had a great new Premium Heavy Shake roof. The roof looks great and his crew cleaned up everything so the only way you could tell the roof had been replaced was the new look of the cedar. i would not hesitate to use EM Roofing again.

I had just moved into my place and the inspector noted that the estimated 14 year old wood shake roof needed some patching. Some spots had worn shake and some areas even had exposed felt that allows the sunlight to pierce through. I reached out to to EM Roofing and they responded promptly. Eduardo's team came out to fixed the damaged shake and ridge caps. They were respectful and worked efficiently to repair and clean the roofs and gutters of the house and detached garage. Edwardo at EM Roofing just completed a new Composition Shingle roof
and aluminum gutters and downspouts at my moms home in Redwood City. EM Roofing also completed a duplex for me and my wife 4 years ago. I got several prices and EM Roofing was the least expensive and the most complete. I am a retired custom home general superintendent and EM Roofing installed venting in soffit, roof vents, a commercial roofing material for my pool equipment shed (due to low slope) and repaired and replaced plywood of wall and roof and garage and extra gutters for out buildings, they even put a spark arrestor on my brick chimney. EM Roofing are extremely thorough , great quality of work, easy to communicate with , very complete contract, they do it all and I feel I received so much value for the price I paid. Our experience with Eduardo and the whole crew at EM Roofing was excellent. I thought our whole roof needed replacing, but after his inspection Eduardo said we only needed to do about half of it which was good news to us. The crew found some damaged rafters when they were doing the roof and repaired or replaced them. I highly recommend EM Roofing.
