**Updated Review**
While we had some initial issues, it sounds like this was an anomaly for Elor and not the norm, nor the standard they like to hold themselves to.

Since our project was completed, they've done everything they could do make our situation right. They've also communicated some additional safeguards they've put in place internally to help ensure our experience doesn't happen to other folks moving forward.

We really appreciate Elor's follow up with us to right any problems that occurred and would recommend them moving forward.

We recently used Elor for a roofing project but it will probably be the only project we complete with them.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed in the level of communication coming from Elor. Our sales person made it sound like this was a well oiled machine and our experience did not reflect that.

We weren't able to get our roof project started immediately due to another project finishing at our house, but despite telling our sales person and the folks in the office that multiple times, without speaking to us first, they still sent a crew out to remove our solar system weeks ahead of when the project would be starting. As a general theme, we weren't well informed on who would be showing up at our house, when, or what work would be completed.

If you're not interested in micro-managing a home improvement project, I wouldn't recommend using Elor. My husband and I are both familiar with the roofing and solar industries which allowed us to be hands on and ensure the job was done completely and correctly (ex. ensuring everything was clean after each work day, that skylights and solar tubes were reinstalled, the solar was reinstalled correctly, a hole in our ceiling had been patched, that the job was actually done before we had an inspection - just to name a few). Had we not been heavily engaged, we don't feel overly confident everything would have been done the way it needed to be.

Save for the last week of our project, we felt out of the loop and needed to initiate the outreach to Elor to understand how the project was progressing and/or address outstanding issues. We were under the impression we'd have an internal project manager at Elor and we really didn't until we started being the squeaky wheel.

Generally speaking, the roofing crew did a good job, had a good attitude, hustled on hot days, and we would have given more starts if this review was based solely on their work. However, as mentioned previously, we did need to micromanage the day-to-day and that's frustrating when the expectation was set otherwise.

While the Elor Team was responsive after problems arose, having been in the industry, it's frustrating to have to be the customer that makes noise to make sure your job is done correctly. Customers shouldn't have to make a stink to ensure they're being communicated with and their concerns are addressed.

We were a referral from my mom who had windows installed by Elor a couple months ago. Thankfully my mom had a better experience than we did, however; she was told by the person who did the final walk through of her windows (who was also our sales person), if she referred someone she would receive a referral check. She has called the Elor team multiple times but has yet to receive her check despite the fact our project has been completed.

We understand everyone is busy, but we chose Elor because the sales person made it seem like it would be a great and personalized customer experience. Unfortunately it was not.

I recently chose Elor Energy to replace approximately 13 windows in my condo, including some very high cathedral picture windows. I could not be happier with them! Everyone at Elor was fantastic, from the gentleman who initially approached me with a flyer (sorry I forget his name), to my salesperson Dalton, to Jeff who measured for the new windows, to the installers Carlos, Sam and Augie, to Dana in the office who kept me updated about my order's progress. Everyone was just great. Dalton taught me more about windows than I ever knew, and it was because of his expertise and friendly personality that I decided to go with Elor. I am so thrilled with my new windows and with Elor's service!

We are so pleased with our new windows!!! We had 7 windows installed in less then one day. They removed the windows, cleaned up the broken glass installed the new windows. We were then given step by step instructions on each of our new windows. The gentleman were very professional, courtesy, kind and most helpful. They answered each and every one of our questions and would not leave until we were 100% satisfied with everything. We highly recommend Elor Energy to anyone. And in addition their prices are very competitive to other window companies.

I LOVE my windows. It only took one day to feel the lower temperatures in my house even with no window coverings. It is so nice to have screens that actually fit and keep bugs outside.
The installation went smoothly and the installers were on time, cleaned up after themselves and everything was done in 2 days.
I highly recommend Elor and thank them so much for doing just exactly what they said they would do and in the time frame they gave me. I definitely will recommend them for windows and have already recommended them for roofing, based on the way they conduct themselves and the products use.

These guys mean business. The exterior coating that they use is a phenomenal product and their attention to detail is almost unreal. If you ever get a chance to sit down with them I highly suggest getting a quote and giving their products A solid chance to earn your business!
