I had Elliott & Son Roofing install a new portion of roofing 4 years ago when I moved into my house. They were amazing then and are amazing now--timely, attentive, and great workmanship. Since then I've needed to call them for 2 other issues that needed to be attended to, and, again, they exceeded my expectations. Most recently it was an issue with water pouring into my fireplace, and although the damage was not roof related they went that extra step and helped me out anyways. Great company, great people!

Although we had to wait a month or so we highly recommend Elliott & Son Roofing. Most roofers won't even do 'repairs' and just want to replace the entire roof. We needed a bit of facia work and a few tiles replaced. While we were on vacation, Elliott & Son repaired our roof. Without anyone looking over their shoulder, they did an excellent excellent job. After years of delay, it was time to replace 5,000 square feet of roof on my home and garage. I interviewed the five highest rated companies on Yelp who serviced Orinda and had more than 15 reviews. While all provided quotes, Elliott and Son had the most detailed quote and was in the middle on pricing with more detail and specifics on the job. With importance placed on timing, we signed a contract in August and the work began in late October (other quotes did not have availability until 2018).

Elliott's crew that removed the existing roof was diligent and cleaned up well each day. The new roof crew was managing multiple projects, but managed to complete the job within a week of the original time estimate. My experience was professional and their work is first class.

I recommend speaking with multiple companies if you require roof replacement as it is a sizable expense, but do yourself a favor and include Elliott in your list of prospective providers. They are fair, communicate well and the work will last the next three decades.

So far 5 stars from me. We woke up this morning to a leak in our family room ceiling dripping onto our carpet. I frantically started calling places as we are going out of the country and wanted to take care of this asap. We had Elliott & Son roofing do a new roof for us this summer (2016). They did an amazing job even though the job had a few hiccups because of our home's age and the condition of the roof. Norm was able to explain a lot of problems and how they recommended to fix them. They were very responsive and professional. I had heard good things about them in the past and even though we went with them because of their reputation, we now can highly recommend them based on their work, roofing knowledge and professionalism!

Had a good experience with them recently with a roof repair. I'm a total ignoramus when it comes to house repairs, so it's important to me to work with someone who is responsive, friendly and seems trustworthy. The owner Norm is a super good guy. He visited the project several times despite it being a fairly small job. Came back when it was done to inspect and make sure it met his standards. I would for sure use them again and recommend to friends.

I hired Elliott & Son roofing to fix my skylights, they had a leak into my living room.

The fix had a couple issues during the first rain of season, so I called their 24 ours service. Ruben their foreman came to my house on a Sunday at 1AM to cover the skylights with plastic... I could hardly believe it, that really blew me away and proved their commitment to great service. Ruben deserves an award for that.

Norm worked with me and we purchased new skylights as the old ones couldn't be fix, and he only charged me for materials, labor was on the house.

I think Norm stood by his word and made things right, I'm really impressed with Elliot & Son Roofing and would recommend them to anyone, no hesitation.
