SHADY BUSINESS! This company tried to rip us off and charge us more for the roof than we had originally agreed. They are dishonest, disorganized, and unprofessional. Check out their bad reviews and COMPLAINTS on the Better Business Bureau. I CANNOT recommend them!

I have been dealing with this company since October 2023 when they were contracted through my home warranty to fix a roof leak that was starting to cause molding of the sheetrock in the ceiling of our garage. They have been out to my home a minimum of 10 times, never diagnosing the real problem until I demanded a water test.
In the very beginning, every time they came, we were told they couldn't see anything wrong, ""maybe this shingle was lifting"", ""maybe this nail needed better sealant"" and fixed these little ""issues"". The leak persisted and we called them back each time. After a few visits, they found a huge area of rotted plywood which we paid out of pocket to have replaced, but there was still no source for the issue. I asked them several times if a water test would help diagnose the root cause, which always got shot down.
Just about every time they were scheduled to come to the house, they cancelled at the last minute, the day of and had to reschedule for a plethora of excuses.
During one visit, I was told there was 2 2x4's that are supposed to be flush together by the counter flashing, but were separating, which could be the cause. They bolted those together and said that should do it, but the leak was still going.
I finally got a second opinion from a different company, and I was told a water test was needed. I brought this information back to Elite, and they were trying to tell me they had ""done all they could do"". I insisted that because they have let this go on so long, and I now have a mangled garage with partially no sheetrock and still a substantial leak, they need to come do the water test. The first time Elite came out for the water test, the technician got there, and said ""I am not doing a water test, that's not going to find anything"", found some other small 'issue' to 'fix' and left. And the leak was still there.
I called again and told the office the technician refused to do the water test. Not only did the receptionist say ""Ugh. He is so lazy."" But she also said it was documented he had done the water test. So they had another technician come out and actually do it. And wouldn't you know it, that diagnosed the problem!
The one props I will give them is that they fixed my sheetrock and painted it for free after the repair was done. However, with everything that had happened I still wasn't the happiest. I noticed something did not look right with the repair and there was quite a gap between the counterflashing and the brick that they simply filled with a bunch of sealant. I asked the technician about this, and he said that it is because the brick is not completely flush, but with the sealant it should hold for 5-7 years. I was not going to write a bad review as they had at least stopped the leak and fixed the sheetrock. But then 6 months later, I noticed the new sheetrock had mold spots on it AGAIN.
I called the office, and immediately the call was not going well and started recording it. They were insistent they told me there were framing and masonry issues that I should have had fixed by professionals. I tried to explain the only time I was told about a framing issue with the 2 2x4's that were spreading which they said they fixed by bolting them together, and there was no mention of ever needing to consult someone outside the roofers. The office manager whispered to the technician I was speaking to ""we wouldn't do that"". And I kid you not, not 60 seconds later, the technician looked through the photos and said, ""Yeah, we put a lag bolt in it."" So obviously they did try to fix it.
I also tried to explain he did tell me the brick wasn't flush, but was never told I needed to hire a masonry professional. The only response I got to these were ""we are roofers, we don't deal with framing or masonry"" I tried to reason with them that sure they cannot fix those issues, but clearly they knew it was there and could have alerted me I needed a professional in that trade, but they would not take responsibility.
I asked to speak with the owner, who said the same thing. I am a nurse and I was trying to reason with him saying that part of my job is patient education. My job is not done if I just treat the disease. If I have a patient with diabetes in the hospital with high blood sugars, I am not just going to give them insulin until it comes down and send them home. I am going to educate them on what to eat, refer them to a diabetes educator, see if I can get them with a nutritionist etc. so this does not happen again. Eric came back with ""If a patient comes into the ER with a broken arm and you find out they have cancer, you aren't going to treat the cancer."" But in what world would a doctor not refer the patient to an oncologist? Clearly he could not understand the analogy.
The rest of the phone call was just more of Eric trying to twist my words and trying to gaslight me into believing they had previously told me there were framing and masonry issues present. STAY AWAY.

Elite Roofing lies to get your business, and then is very rude when confronted about it. We interviewed several Roofing companies, and chose to go with Elite Roofing because they said they offered financing or payment plans. When they asked for a card to put on file, we asked again about payment plans or financing. They told us very plainly that would be discussed after we received our invoice after the work was done. We were told we ""could work out how to pay for the work at that point"". Well the work was completed, we received our invoice yesterday, and today they charged the FULL AMOUNT to our credit card putting us in a financial bind. My wife called Elite Roofing, and they denied they ever offered a payment plan or financing. I just called back and spoke to the manager, and she was extremely rude, and said I was ""misremembering"", which is essentially calling me i liar... that there were no notes in our file that we ever inquired about a payment plan or financing. How can I control what notes her staff puts in our file??? I know it was discussed. This was the REASON we chose to go with Elite Roofing. Had they not lied we would have gone with another company. The ONLY REASON Elite Roofing now has our money is because they lied. Had they been honest, they would not have our hard earned money right now. Further, Had their manager worked with me after the fact on making good on the promise that was made to us for a payment plan, or financing, I would not be writing this review right now. But I was curtly told this was not her problem, ""that they performed a service, and we had to pay for it as was agreed upon""... except this is NOT what we agreed upon, and I fully intended to pay for the service, just not all at once. Plus they didn't finish the work. We have a gutter down that we informed them of several times, even on the day of the work, and it was never repaired as promised, so we still have to find someone to make the repair.
We will NOT be using Elite Roofing ever again, and I strongly suggest you reconsider if you are thinking of having them do work for you!

We were originally going through our home warranty with repairs. After Jason came out for inspection we were so impressed with his customer service and explaining what the issue was and we decided to get a replacement cost and that's when Cat came into the picture and took customer care to a whole nother level. She was very communicative and responsive to our every need in trying to get SBA and FEMA approval with the quotes provided. Unfortunately we were not able to work out a replacement plan currently. But when we are ready in the future we will definitely be coming to Elite and I highly recommend you to use there service.

What was promised did not get done. So I would not recommend or use them in the future

I am in the process of buying my very first home. I needed a roof repair quote/inspection and was able to make an appointment for the next day which was awesome!! Daniel came out to inspect the roof and was very informative, professional and friendly!!! As a young female not many people will take you seriously I've learned during this process of buying a home, BUT Daniel treated me with 100% respect and professionalism. It is greatly appreciated and I will most definitely be going through this company for future repairs.

Amazing job! Professional and efficient. They replaced my roof after a free inspection and all I paid was my deductible. I barely had to talk to my insurance company which was such a relief. Would definitely recommend.
