They put a roof on our house less than a year ago, and we had a loose shingle. We are trying to sell her house called them. They responded said they would come out in a week now they won't respond to her cause we had to get it fixed ourselves. These people are ridiculous. Don't let them. Do your roof or anything else in your home.

Elite is a Women's owned business. I support, and encourage Women in Roofing. The Owner, Ms. Camille Austin is a leader (nationally) in this field.

Elite has done highly efficient reflective roof coatings, low slope (flat) roofing, and numerous residential projects. In each case, the client was happy, and a happy client pays on time. In other words, I didn't have clients screaming at me.

Perform a service, and get paid on time. Elite helps me accomplish that, and I am very thankful.

They hold the highest roofing credential available: Florida State Certified.

Heavily insured, credentialed, and vastly experienced. They are approved applicators of virtually all major manufacturers,and can furnish manufacturer warranties. This is a very difficult achievement.

I can say these things because I've known the owner for over 25 years, and she's never let me down. She is an honorable person, who runs an honorable firm.

I'd recommend them to anyone who requires roofing services. When the roof on my home needs replacement, Elite will be the roofing contractor.

Elite Roofing replaced the roof on my house in record time, a week and half after the first phone call. The workers were on time, removed the old roof and installed the new 3-dimensional shingles all in one day. They did a fantastic job and the clean up was impeccable. My neighbors were duly impressed. I was in the middle of a pool remodel. When the old screen enclosure was removed there was some damage to the roof that needed to be repaired before new enclosure could go up. I called Elite Roofing on recommendation of the pool company. (owners are related). From the first phone call to completion of a very simple job took them a month. One week for someone to come out and look at it, one week before I received an estimate (price was high but i didn't want to start process all over again) and another two weeks before they did the job, which took about 5 hrs. Their customer service is pathetic. Kim is in charge of residential. I called her 3 or 4 times within the month for information. This is her schpeel "" I'm working on that now and will give you a call this afternoon"". Translation: "" I don't want to deal with you, I want to get you off the phone as quick as possible and I have no intention of calling you this afternoon or any other time"". And don't try to reach their office after 3:00 on a Friday, you won't. However she was here the day of the job to collect a check.
We had asked them to match the original colors of the facia and soffits, which are black. They said they would do their best. They brought brown facia and white soffits. I would bet anything they were left over from a previous job even though I paid for them. If that's ""their best"" then they should not be in the roofing business. Completed job was only adequate, left small peices of wood exposed and there was some bending of the facia. Good enough to get screen enclosure back on track.
After job was completed, I again reached out to Kim. I wanted to talk to the person who did the repairs to see if he an opinion on what caused the damage. I asked for his name and contact info. And, just as I guessed, she said,"" I'll get back to you this afternoon"". She never did.
I would recommend you steer clear of Elite Roofing.
