Elite Roofing Inc. installed our roof about 15 years ago. We were extremely satisfied with it. They used a Polyfoam system, so we do not have nails in our roof for water to enter.
We noticed a couple of tiles were broken on the roof from the crew that pressure washed the roof. We asked a handy man roofer to take a look at the roof, because we didn't want to call Elite for such a small simple repair. The roofer exaggerated the repairs and cost. We called Elite and spoke with George and he didn't hesitate with customer service, 15 years later. Elite found, as we suspected, that we only needed minor repairs and the cost was reasonable. I recommend Elite highly.

I signed a contract with Elite roofing in April 2018 to have a new roof redone-I live Villa D'Este community in Palm Beach Gardens. In July they came to remove my old roof tiles , only after they removed the old tiles they told me that they needed to order the new tiles-(why remove the old tiles when you do not have the new tiles ready) -In September Elite roofing informed me the tiles ordered were discontinued -So they had to order new tiles -every time I call the owner George tells me he order the tiles and waiting for them, it is now November still no roof finished.Do not hire this company unless you want to deal with a lot of Excuses and aggravations.

Do not ever hire, or trust, Elite Roofing, Inc, based in West Palm Beach, Florida! This company is not reliable or dependable.
I had, George, the owner,
evaluate a roof leak in my garage one month ago. He said to watch it, and if it got worse to call him. It got much worse, so I called him today, as he told me to, when he stated that he would repair it immediately, should it worsen. So, my garage wall is saturated with rain water, and significantly damaged, and he now says that he is too busy to help me, and I would have to wait another month, or more! My home has sustained significant water damage. I trusted George..I shouldn't have!This, after just spending thousands of dollars, for Elite Roofing to repair another leak in my bedroom, 3 months ago! I have lost all faith, trust and respect for George, the owner, and his company ! They don't care about their customers , or their property, at all!
I would never hire Elite Roofing, again, and am sorry thatI ever did beforehand.

Our 18 year old roof needed replacing and we called 5 companies for quotes. Elite was by far the most professional looking company. First cool point, they delivered their contract in a binder. We proceeded to read all 5 contracts because a binder could be just a bluff. They ended up being the best overall deal. Once we agreed and gave our deposit, we had to wait for availability. I became concerned but it was raining almost every day so this was not Elite's fault at all. They called us one day and said they could come out to work on our roof that same day. We jumped on the offer. They were done within 3 business. They left no mess and the job is beautiful. No leaks, no issues. They sent their bills, we paid them. They truly made a huge, scary and first-time expense easy for us. I highly recommend their services.
