So the last rain caused a leak in our roof. We called 3 places Elite is the only one to return the call. Lonnie came out said he remembered they did our roof and patio roof 10 yrs ago. He immediately fixed the problem with the seam. Told us if we had a problem to call back and didn't charge us a dime!! What a stand up company. We won't be needing a return call from the other 2 now, as if we are getting one ha ha. Will be recommending this company to everyone. They deserve the business

This company was great. Im out of LA and have a property in Desert Hot Springs that needed attention. It can be difficult to find a reliable and honest company in a town you aren't from. But Lonnie came out right away and was very friendly and professional. The office staff was easy to work with scheduling and payment as well. Thanks for the great work!

Elite installed our foam roof 5 years ago.
It kept the house dry and cool but just recently we noticed it
had worn a bit thin here and there.
The same crew came out and re-did the whole roof free of charge.

Elite did some patch work on my roof several years ago after some high winds. We have lived in this house over 20 years and the roof was old when we moved in. The older shingles that were not replaced by Elite were breaking off every time the wind blew. Also our fascia boards were dry rotting from the sun Elite just installed a new roof and facia boards and it has really improved the curb appeal. All of the employees were nice. The employees even went out of their way, doing other things to help out that had nothing to do with the roof. They are also the only Owens Corning approved installer in the Morongo Basin.

Best Roofing service around here! And really best Service in general! We had two jobs done by Phil and his crew and both turned out awesome. They do great work and have a great customer service! I would not use any other roofing company in High or Low Desert!

We were having a roof leak that was coming through the bedroom ceiling. Elite was able to come out within a day and sealed up some spots that were cracked- for free! It has rained twice since then and so far, no leaks! I know that at some point in the future we will likely have more roof issues and when we do, I know who to call. Thank you!

We did not know there were still people like this in the world! What a great experience. We called Elite roofing because the scuppers on our house were not draining properly and the roof needed repair. Most of the roofing companies we called either didn't know about scuppers or were only interested in giving us a quote for a new roof. Lonny returned our call promptly and set up an appointment to come out the next day. He was not only prompt, but texted to let us know his eta (which was exact). It was obvious from the beginning that Lonny was well informed about roofs and scuppers. He was pleasant to work with and allowed us to ask all our questions and thoughtfully discussed our concerns and thoughts. After inspecting the roof, he gave us a clear description of the problem areas and also told us that we should consider a new roof in the next few years. He did not recommend doing major repairs on a roof with such little life in it - but did offer some creative ideas to address the problems. AND before he left, he went back up on the roof and sealed the areas that needed immediate attention to protect us from any upcoming rains. He did that free of charge!! He said it was just good business to help people. To say the least, we were amazed and relieved to have the immediate problem corrected and a discussion of the various alternatives that we could consider for long term resolution. Lonny spent a great deal of time with us and made us feel that our job was a priority for him. We appreciated his honesty, knowledge, creativeness, and concern. This is a company that does it right. Phil is the best. Honest and hardworking. I was selling a property in Josua tree and had some repairs come up after the home inspection. Phil came and took care of it. The buyer was happy and I was happy. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.
