I was one of those individuals that never read reviews and never took into consideration a consumer's prospective and this company has changed that for me. It's the lack of principle on behalf of this company that has changed my opinion. I'm a first time home owner roof replacer and I would never recommend this company to anyone.  The job took over a year and the interior is still not complete. Due to the quality of work they were delivering I told them to not continue, and not to mention the people they were sending to my house I did not feel safe between the smell of weed coming from the vehicle to lack of professional attire.
This company also stood by their associate as he falsified an insurance document stating the job was complete to receive a pay check. I don't have pictures of the roof but the business etiquette and practices along with the condescending tone through emails and text messages is enough to negate any top brand shingle they could have applied to my roof. 
Between dealing with the owner Donald Black and his associate Marc Perez, I would clearly run the other way when this company comes knocking around. I have plenty of emails, text messages and pictures to document my statements and I hope to save another homeowner a terrible experience as I have had.
