Is there an honest roofing company out there? Absolutely !!! We selected Elite Roofers of The Woodlands for a minor roof leak and ceiling sheetrock/paint repair on our 9.5 year old home, due to Elite Roofers being in the top 3 on Best of the Woodlands On-line annual rankings. Beginning with Robert Tostado - Field Service Manager's comprehensive, professional and accurate assessment of the source and needed repairs for the roof leak. Followed by Ruben Perez - Project Coordinator's repair team's professional roof repair, complete with expert progressive explanations of the findings and actions taken. Followed by Jesus Duron - Carpender & Painter's professional sheetrock, texture and paint repair, resulting in no indication of there ever having been a leak. All were amazing. We even opted for their very cost-effective entire roof 'tune-up' where they inspect all of the shingles, protruding or incorrect original nail placement, and apply spot sealant to mitigate near term leakage, an inspection which we will repeat with Elite Roofers in a year or so. Excellent service and awesome company to work with! I personally worked with Robert and Sandra on getting my roof replaced after a storm, and my experience couldn't had been better. From beginning to end Elite Roofers made sure to deliver an efficient and top quality service. Robert made sure I had all my questions answered and guided me throughout the process. When Elite roofers came to do the job (this is big for me because I have little ones) everything was cleaned up afterwards. Sandra called me and made sure everything was ok even after the installation. They strive to do a good job and they delivered. Elite truly and honestly is the BEST! With incredible luck, I happened to have Elite Roofers in the neighborhood and I invited them to inspect my roof. I'm skeptical by nature, so I joined the representative on the roof and I was given the most in-depth discussion on the inspection process.
I was horrified of the condition of my roof. Rows and rows of shingles were loose, waiting to tear up at the very next wind storm.
I immediately had dozens of questions and concerns... I didn't know where to start. The rep calmly told me, ""let us do the worrying"".
I put my trust in him and he took over everything. We dealt with the payment, he lead the way with the insurance, he intercepted the inspector and walked my roof with him. He communicated the entire reroofing process too.
Their work crew was extremely fast and did their best to protect all my property. They also did an extremely good job with the clean up too.
But it didn't stop there... That same rep came back and did an extreme detailed clean up of my property and inspection of the new roof.
Before I knew it, he had other subcontractors replacing my downspouts and trims on my windows.
He thought of everything and went out of way to ensure that I was satisfied with his service.
