I recently moved into a house that needed some roof repairs. Being in the trades I do business with a commercial roofer that I love and he recommended Elite to me.

I first spoke with Michelle. She has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from our first interaction until our last.

I walked with Ramon who understood I only wanted repairs and not a roof replacement at this time. He was understanding and gave me a fair and honest price based on the work needing to be done. He has also made himself available to calls with questions relating to other repairs. Having this level of communication is indispensable to customer satisfaction.

Due to the recent rains we had to reschedule for the crews safety but Ramon kept in contact with me during the process and made sure I was ok with it, which I was. The work was done during the next scheduled day. It was done above and beyond my expectations. The guys were professional, courteous and did excellent work. They cleaned up everything when they were done and treated my house as if it was their own.

I can't recommend Elite Roofing enough. Again, Elite Roofing has my business for years to come!

Looks like I'm not the only one who's been stiffed by these guys. Was in contact with Alfredo about a roof leak. He said he wanted to help, set up a time to come out then never showed up and never called. I have since left multiple messages with no response. I can't even get a hold of the receptionist anymore. Just message after message. He seems like a super nice guy...just not a good businessman. Its disappointing to say the least.

They did excellent work replacing my roof and worked quickly. Bruno came to evaluate the roof on Monday, emailed me a quote on Wednesday, the crew started working on Friday and finished the job on Monday. They even installed a missing gutter drain on the front of the house at no additional charge (if we went with them, which we did). They also had the best quote out of the 4 companies we reached out to. We highly recommend them. Great service. Not sure if that speediness is typical, or if it was just a slow month (August).

Alfredo and crew did a great job on my roof! I needed a new roof as part of my solar installation and they had to tear off 3 layers of old asphalt (the last one we put on 20 years ago). It's a brutal process to get the old asphalt taken off, but Alfredo sent his crew on the date we set and they accomplished it in one day. In addition to completely cleaning up all the mess, since there was a possibility of rain, Alfredo directed them to cover the bare wood with the underlayment before they left for the day. They installed the Owens Corning Solution over the next 3 days, including a ridge-top vent system and replaced any damaged wood as part of the quote. They are Owens Corning certified and were completely responsive to any requests I had during the process. I was completely satisfied with the quality and customer service of this company and love my new roof!

Don't bother with these guys. They were recommended to me by another property manager. They came out when they said they would to give us an estimate for some major repairs. No communication after this. I've called and emailed- no response. Thanks for wasting my time.

My Elite Roof Services started out good but as soon as they got paid, they haven't executed any of their promises. They ordered too many shingles and other materials. Alfredo promised that he would return them and get my refund. His men took the materials and I haven't seen them since. His workers opened 9 bundles of shingles and took a couple out of each package to finish the roof which made they nonreturnable. I understand a couple of bundles to be opened but I believe 9 is excessive. This was $514.10 worth of materials that they took to be returned and excessive material made nonreturnable due to the negligence of the workman. This may not seem like a lot in the overall cost of the roof but it's my money and they shouldn't be benefitting from the materials they took ($258.59). This is in affect ""stealing.""
The exhaust vent to the stove was removed but not covered to prevent roofing material from falling down into the vent of the microwave. I had to removed the ducting inside the cabinet to remove the debris.
I have some missing flashing and oil from their compressor on my roof. Alfredo said he would send someone out to fix it but haven't heard back from him since. Because of the lack of response, I doubt if the 5 year workmanship warranty is of any value since they don't seem to respond once they get paid.
Overall the roof installed was of good workmanship (besides the missing flashing) but don't expect any kind of follow up after getting paid. Make sure all your issues are resolved before paying them because you won't see them again.

Horrible service. Never show up when they say they will. My roof continues to leak. Now they are not responding to my messages. I had a roof inspector come to my house to review their work and he rated their work a F. DO NOT USE!!!

I dealt directly with owner, Alfredo, after a rainstorm caused the roof to leak in my home. Initially, he was quick to respond, provided a free estimate and seemed genuine and upfront. The pricing was good and he provided a two year warranty (in writing) on the repairs. After the work was finished, I thought, ""How great, an honest and capable roofer! What a find!"" Fast forward to this past January, we started getting leaks in the same location.

But that's not a problem, Alfredo stands by his work and guaranteed it to be leak-free. I called the business and was unable to reach anyone as it was past business hours and left a message explaining the situation. I also left a short message on his cell the following day, not having heard back yet. He had been prompt to return calls for the initial repair, but this change left me with a feeling in my gut; you know that gut instinct that lets you know things are about to get complicated. Despite my gut, I still gave Alfredo the benefit of the doubt. Maybe an assistant called in sick and no one was there to man the phones and maybe coincidentally his cell wasn't working at the same time. That happens, right? (No. No it doesn't.)

I sent this email on January 7th, 2016:

Short, sweet, and to the point. Even gave him an out for not getting back to me.
No call back. No email response. Did I call again? Yup. Did it change anything? Nope.

It has been exactly one month since and I have yet to receive any word from the company or Alfredo. Yet another unreliable contractor. The only folks I can recommend Alfredo and Elite Roofing Services to are those who are in search of the thrill that comes from scrambling for buckets, occasionally punctuated by fruitless calls falling on deaf ears.



TL;DR

My suggestion, look elsewhere. Good luck in your search for a reliable roofer, folks.

Very few of us think about a roof until they leak which some did over last weekend. So I'm sure Felix Elite roofing is pretty busy patching approved right now. All I got to say is if you don't want to run into that problem have Felix do your roof especially putting on new ones. Their company is fully bonded and they do top quality work and stand behind their work. They also have financing programs available that most do not I wouldn't trust anybody else on my roof Thank You Felix
