This was such a positive experience for us. This is our first home and the first time we've had to take on Re-roofing. John Zazueta answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely, honest, and professional manner every step of the way. The price was perfect for us and they included the installation of three solar tubes ( which brightened our home considerably and we are LOVING). The work was completed in 2.5 days, that's Remove the existing layer of roofing and hauling it away, installing a roof underlayment, new flashing, and then new shingles. They even cleaned the gutters.
I have a lot of plants and was a little worried they might suffer during the removal of the old roof, but they had lots of people on hand that day to clean up all around the ground as they went and None of my plants were harmed. Sometimes it's the little things that make big things delightful. Speaking of delight, my son was home sick from school during this and very crabby, Watching the workers out the window brought him joy, and when the crane came to deliver the shingles the second day, he was over the moon.
John inspected the roof with my husband upon completion and made sure we were happy. And we are! I highly recommend Elite Roofing.

Elite Roofing is the best and will have my business as long as they are around!

I recently moved into a house that needed some roof repairs. Being in the trades I do business with a commercial roofer that I love and he recommended Elite to me.

I first spoke with Michelle. She has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from our first interaction until our last.

I walked with Ramon who understood I only wanted repairs and not a roof replacement at this time. He was understanding and gave me a fair and honest price based on the work needing to be done. He has also made himself available to calls with questions relating to other repairs. Having this level of communication is indispensable to customer satisfaction.

Due to the recent rains we had to reschedule for the crews safety but Ramon kept in contact with me during the process and made sure I was ok with it, which I was. The work was done during the next scheduled day. It was done above and beyond my expectations. The guys were professional, courteous and did excellent work. They cleaned up everything when they were done and treated my house as if it was their own.

I can't recommend Elite Roofing enough. Again, Elite Roofing has my business for years to come!

Looks like I'm not the only one who's been stiffed by these guys. Was in contact with Alfredo about a roof leak. He said he wanted to help, set up a time to come out then never showed up and never called. I have since left multiple messages with no response. I can't even get a hold of the receptionist anymore. Just message after message. He seems like a super nice guy...just not a good businessman. Its disappointing to say the least.

They did excellent work replacing my roof and worked quickly. Bruno came to evaluate the roof on Monday, emailed me a quote on Wednesday, the crew started working on Friday and finished the job on Monday. They even installed a missing gutter drain on the front of the house at no additional charge (if we went with them, which we did). They also had the best quote out of the 4 companies we reached out to. We highly recommend them. Great service. Not sure if that speediness is typical, or if it was just a slow month (August).
