Lol as the business owner talks all kinds of bad stuff about me on his faulty job he performed and he leaves all his garbage at my house..
Take a look at the contractors state license board to see his license is suspended and he can not legally even do work in the state of California but continues to do so..
I had a call from an investigation dept yesterday n looks like the state will be having fun with this stellar business guy...

I hired Elite Roof Repair to fix a roof leak problem that occurred this past winter due to an ice dam. They were very responsive, affordable, and made the repair right away. They located the area where they believe the problem occurred and made the repair at that section of the roof. They were even able to find a close match for my existing shingles which had to be removed to make the repair. Although I don't know for sure if the problem has actually been addressed (until next winter), I did run water from a hose over the previous leak area and didn't see any leaks inside. Quote, invoicing and billing was efficient with the online system they use and I was able to obtain copies of the paid invoices immediately. I just wish other companies would use this same system.

We discovered we needed to replace our roof after the heavy snows of March 2018, but the first few roofers we contacted were unavailable until 2019. Scott was incredibly responsive by email and we had a new roof within a month of my first email to him, with the actual installation taking a bit more than a week. It was very convenient to do everything online, from email consultation to payment via PayPal. And the roof (and new skylights his crew installed) look fantastic!

We first contacted Scott last year after we developed a leak in our roof after massive snow in 2016. Elite Roofers were the ONLY service able to do the job. Most never returned the call. The service they provided us was solid, quick and responsive.We just used them again to have some preventative work done on our metal roof in Tahoe, which they recommended last fall. Scott was again very responsive (a very difficult thing to come by here in Tahoe), quick to get us on the schedule, the cost was fair and on budget, and completed within a few weeks of contacting him. I appreciate email, because my job keeps me running so it allows me to respond when I have a few seconds. We are very pleased with Elite Roof Repairs and happy to recommend them.

An Employee came out after several text messages. He was very polite and took pics and said he would have an estimate the next day. I've now been waiting for close to 4 weeks, I've sent a couple of text reaching out asking about my estimate that I've never seen. They have even stopped texting me. All the contractors I've attempted to contact for a new roof have all blown me off. This is ridiculous. How can they stay in business?

I called them over the weekend and they showed up promptly, gave me a honest estimate (much less than anyone else i called) and got to work right away. They made sure to explain their process and showed me how to prevent issues from occurring in the future.
