Noticed a small leak and sent out a dozen requests through Yelp. Scott replied quickly and sent someone out for a free estimate. Other companies who repsonded wanted to charge for an estimate. A few days later, and before the next storm, Scott had the repairs made. His crew was genuinely helpful and informative. They really cared. Going to have them come back when storm damage chaos is over and walk the roof to recommend maintenance repairs.

During that terrible rain storms we had in Dec-Jan 2017, I called Elite Roofing to repair my leak. Scott was thorough and replaced my roof tiles. Not sure if the leak will occur again but it hasn't so far and we had more rain. The only negative thing I have to say is they never reply with talking live, always texting which I find unprofessional. Especially the owner who never responded to my text. I suggest they hire someone to answer their business line and talk directly to someone as texting doesn't help to say all we want too.

I'll give them two stars for the initial quick response. After the estimate they gave me, I had questions which I emailed. But never heard from them again. I just assumed they didn't want my business so I went else where.

We used them to fix our roof in December. On January it was still leaking. They came out on the 7 and told us they didn't have the material and would be back. We never heard anything. This last storm we have water dripping in the house. I emailed them, since they don't do anything by phone, supposed to come out tomorrow. I have heard that before. Because they never came back, took out money and never followed up we now have mold. If they show up tomorrow I will update. ****update they showed up at 930. They said it is fixed. Waiting for the real test the rain to come. Nice guys I will say that.

Elite laziness. Terrible customer service. Company does not answer phone calls. VM only directs customers to make an email inquiry at their website. Vague reply to email request came within 24 hrs, with no contact or number. After attempting to clarify date/time, received no response from contractor. Next.

Found them on yelp as a home I was purchasing needed roof work completed. They were very prompt with their response time and even during this rainy season were able to come out within a week to repair the roof. Will definitely use them again as well as refer them to all my clients for roof work.

As a real estate agent I frequently have clients needing roof work and most go to Roof Doctors but I was unhappy with them as their reports never showed what was wrong with the roof and seemed more like an invoice than a inspection report. Elite Roof gets an A+ from me as their reports are very detailed and thorough.

We noticed a wet spot on our ceiling Friday night. Found Elite Roof Repair on Yelp, lots of good reviews. Sent them message via Yelp Saturday morning, responded in couple minutes. Came Monday, found problem in couple minutes, showed me pictures of cracked tile, hole in paper and emailed me estimate. Seemed like reasonable price given the research I'd done. They were able to squeeze the repair in on Wednesday before the next storm hit. Great experience working with them. Very impressed with their quick responsiveness.
