Fast response. Very professional. I have called this company on a previous problem and they completed the required repairs during a rain storm. I de died to have the roof inspected and they repaired and replaced several broken tiles. I will call them again if there are further problems. I seldom review services on Yelp but had no reservations for this company.

No stars!! I had an appointment to get an estimate for a tile roof repair. We waited all day but no one showed up. I emailed to see why no one showed but no response. Few days later I received an estimate for almost $2000. Apparently we had lots needing repairs. RIDICULOUS because no one showed up for the appointment PLUS another company gave us an estimate and said there was no damaged tiles. I emailed again Elite to get clarification but again no response. I called and left a message and again no response. ELITE - I don't think so!!

Like most, they come out to win your trust, and once something goes wrong that service is nowhere to be found. I was assisting my 82yr old neighbor with his roof leak, so I called/text Scott at Elite. The work was done, which wasn't a pleasant thing to look at. They installed a 4' piece of metal across the back of the chimney, about 4' up the high pitch roof. So from the ground you now see this awful piece of metal. They said it was to divert the water from the back of the chimney. The house is 21 yrs. old and did not have one before, so why now? The roof did not leak (that we could see) after this repair in 9/2016. But the first rain in 11/2017 we saw water coming through the roof into the home. Elite gave a 3yr warranty so I called/text them. It took 6 days for someone to come out. A Cody came by the house and got my 82 yr. old neighbor out of bed; before I could get there he had left. I had to email/text asking what's going on. Scott started verbally attacking me, he started using 'crap' in every sentence, called me a liar, and acted like he didn't know who he was to report his findings to, said he doesn't know who all lives in that house. From the beginning I called him, I text back and forth, the bid was made out to me... In short he said, 'mud and debris was behind the chimney, that we cleaned out for free.' Also, 'there is also a crack along bottom of chimney in stucco and chimney needs to be painted asap, stucco is very pourus and only thing keeping water from penetrating stucco is GOOD quality paint'. OMG that is the stupidest thing a roofer could say. I informed Scott, if you cannot address me, one of your warranty customers, in a professional manner, then don't do it at all. That was a week ago. I've called someone else. I will be asking Elite to refund my neighbor the money they took on the job they did last year, one that did not fix the leak. It's shame that elder people are targets for abuse and deception.

Everything started great. Great customer service, work was done quickly and on schedule. When I the leak on around my skylight was still leaking, things went south quickly. They came out 5 or 6 times trying to fix it but it just kept getting worse and damaged the inside of my home further. The last straw was when we had to go pick up our son, and it began to rain. Immediately it began leaking. Not dripping but like a hose was turned on in the house. We had to get pans, buckets and towels, trying to stop the water damage. My wife and I literally stood in one place holding a pan, when it filled, quickly dumped it into a bucket, and place it in position to collect water again. We had to do this for over 40 minutes before Cody arrived. All he could do was cover the area of the leak with a tarp.

There was no apology. We asked for a full refund due to the damage inside our home and got nothing. The number listed on their website goes straight to a voicemail and email gets ignored for weeks.

If you think I'm making this up, I'll gladly email anyone photos and video of what we had go through. Just send me a pm. I have been more than patient with this company, so now i am writing this review. If I knew better, i would stay away from elite roofing.

I originally planned to give a nice 4 star review. Initial response, price and availability was great. I had 180' of residential fencing to replace. It was 105 when the guys did the fence and I understood that.
Contact and workers were reasonable, but a less-than-clear conversation left me with a fence line that is not what I wanted. I'm pretty handy but didn't have the time nor have I done a fence before. This is why you hire someone.
When I brought this problem to the owner the response was less than ideal.
The odd fence line along with the fact that my gate was built from a different/cheaper wood is frustrating.

these guys were the cheapest option and I appreciate the hard work, but at this point I wish I paid a bit more from a fence specialist.

I am now rebuilding 1/4 of my fence, using their posts, but re-positioning cross boards and all new pickets/kickers.

Responded quickly to come give estimate to replace broken tile on roof. Two guys showed up said they can replace tile and that there was another area on roof that might need some work. We told them to get us both estimates. 5 days later contacted them asking for estimate. $350, for tile replacement ( 15 minute job ) no estimate for other work. OK , lets schedule. Asked if we could send pictures and address. They wrote this down...wth said they woulkd be here today. Of course I had to contact them for a time window. They said 8;30-9 am. At 9;15 we contacted them again. Said they were at an estimate running late because of traffic. Waited till 10, contacted again . Said they were 15 minutes away. Its 11 now and I cancelled and am writing this review. I do not want flakes that don't value small jobs above estimates working on our roof. A guy just showed up in a small car, no ladder or equipment , we turned him away. Received a text saying thanks for the gate code our guy was waiting at gate for 30 minutes. Not true you had address and gate code to give estimate and you can press button to call us , we were here . Besides plenty of people go in and out of gate. Do not do business with them

Scott was very responsive and easy to work with. I got someone out to give me a bid on my project just two days after I called and the work was done in a timely fashion. Plus it's very easy to pay them, as you simply get an email with a link to your invoice and can use pretty much any form of payment you want.

Due to the heavy rains this past winter we had a leak in our living room. We couldn't determine if it was coming in through the roof tiles or wood siding. Scott determined through pictures I sent and his son Cody coming to the house it was in fact the siding. Their crew completed the work we agreed upon however they pieced together different types of siding because it was all that was available at Home Depot and the overall lack of quality workmanship was apparent. So I let Scott know and he got very defensive saying that he was trying to do me a favor putting other jobs off and now he's going to get screwed and won't be able to make payroll if I didn't pay my bill. Wow! Receiving that email was when I realized what type of contractor I was dealing with. Of course I was going to pay my bill, and I did, just expected a certain level of professional workmanship as any homeowner would. So, after an email reply (I was never able to talk with him over the phone) he had his crew return the following morning. They again tried to repair and I'm hopeful that the leak issue has been resolved but as far as aesthetics, there is no arguing many compromises were made by the crew. The project included removing and replacing a large area of wood siding. One of the siding panels continued to peel away from the house so after multiple attempts to repair it the final fix they made was to heavily apply caulk to hold it down. It is very visible and does not look good to say the least. Photo of the final work product is attached. I have still not heard from Scott after several recent texts which was his preferred method of communication. I can confirm what other Yelp reviewers have stated about the company being unlicensed and also unprofessional. I will say that Cody was nice when I met him once as were the two crewmembers, can't say as much for the work product. In hindsight, the cost savings was not worth the experience and certainly not the end result of the work done. I hope your experience is different if you choose to hire them.

This is the second time I have them fix my roof. Cody is very helpful and the price was very reasonable as well. I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know.
