Elite Remodeling Group came with high regards from our neighbors who recently got their patio redone by Eric. After the first meeting we knew ERG was the company for us. Our patio and driveway were in dire need of some love and care. Eric suggested great ideas and implemented them amazingly. The best part was the job being complete 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Started out very professional, project Manager came to my home to give me an estimate and spent about an hour at my house. I was told I would have a estimate within 24 hours then was completely ghosted by the company.

I had my initial walk-through on a Thursday, then I tried calling the company Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and each time was told I would hear back from my project manager within 20 minutes and never received a call or a follow up.

We hired them to insulate the outside walls. I have holes on the inside walls from them using hammers to knock the holes. They charged us a high price and didn't fill the holes with rain on the way? They knocked 72 holes. Now I need dry wall work as well. I will not use them again

My wife and I have been talking about doing our kitchen for the past year and finally took steps to actually getting something going. We met with a few companies until we found Elite Remodeling Group. Compared to the other companies, it was a smooth process with the scheduling department all the way through to the actual appointment and the completion of the project. We met with Jacob and he was just on point with everything. He knows what he is doing and understood what we wanted while also working with our budget. The project timeframe was manageable and if there were any bumps, Jacob was very fast in smoothing them out. We are COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH OUR NEW KITCHEN and can't wait for our friends and family to come over and dine with us. My husband and I hired Elite Remodeling Group with Eric and Amit to remodel 3 bathrooms at our home. The project took 2 months over all with mold remediation and some plumbing issues but the bathrooms came out beautifully!!! The crews are very professional, showed up on time, inspections passed and the final results were beyond what we expected. Of course there is no construction work without hassle BUT these guys were minimizing as much as possible so that we could get to the finish line. Thanks Eric and Amit and we will see you guys for our next project!

I would like to say that meeting with Jacob from ERG was the best decision my wife and I made. We needed to do a complete remodel of our master bathroom and the common bathroom. We reached out to ERG and on the same day they sent Jacob to our home. Jacob showed up on time, was very thorough with explaining the process for the project and we felt that we were in good hands. Pricing was more than fair and we also saw beyond the pricing that we were getting a good solid company that made us feel that we are part of the ERG family. Elite Remodeling Group did a fantastic job with my recent remodel. Amit was a pleasure to work with starting from our first meeting to completion of my home remodel. As the project manager he was able to assist with every step detailing permitting processanswering all questions and providing specific solution to each issue presented. The end result is amazing and my entire family is super happy with the final look we were able to achieve. Amit was super responsive to late calls, texts and emails thus we always felt heard and understood. I'll be definanately recommending them to my friends and family !

If I could give zero stars I would. Everything about this company is shady as can be. So many things have gone wrong on our remodel. The project manager was a joke and lied to us time and time again, which ended up costing us more money. Many, many times people like the owner Liav, project managers, numerous workers for the company never showed up to meetings or to work for the day. The actual work isn't good either. I could go on and on, but I won't. But I will say we got a quote for French doors from them for 10,000 and I sourced that part of the job out with another company and found them for 3,000. They mark up and for not good quality items. No one listens to you and Eve/Liav have an excuse for every mistake. Less talking more action I say!! I have never spent time writing a yelp review but I feel so strongly about this that I don't want anyone to make the same mistake we did. The project took too long and has made me physically ill. Please DO NOT HIRE ERG. And also I see that some of the reviews are written by the workers for the company. Shady!!

The worst decision of our lives choosing this company. So many issues that I can't explain all of them. By the way they don't have their own workers they sub contract out to the lowest bidder!!! 6 week project took 4 months. Everything was done wrong the first time and sometimes the second time. It's done now and I'm so glad there're out of our lives FOREVER!!!!!

We brought ERG in to renovate a condo based on great Home Advisor reviews. Unfortunately our experience did not match those reviews. We had to terminate the work and use a different contractor. Our biggest complaints were with lack of supervision and poor customer service, including ERG personnel failing to supervise their subs and expecting homeowner to tell subs how to approach the work, and hostile shouting at us by ERG managers when we raised concerns. A difficult series of interactions for which we paid in time and money.
