Here's a update,after the first rain,we had 9 leaks in our new roof,called company,they took 2 weeks to show.Thier crew (2 people) showed up with no tools to do job,l provided something to fix the problem,waited a day tested with hose still had 4 leaks,sent 2 texts to them still waiting for reply, so much for their customer service they said was their number 1 priority, if I would have knew this when I started,I would have went with someone else.If you do business with them,make sure you explain EXACTLY what you want,obviously the skill level of the workers is not up to what they said was an easy job. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED they talk a good game but it doesn't mean nothing

Liav brave us solid advice regarding our remodel and how to fix the mistakes from our first general contractor. I appreciate his professional opinion and that while he is not taking our job, he has given me a referral to a trusted colleague. When we are ready for the next phase of remodel in our home, I'll call him again!

I had an electrical fire in my living room on April 8th, 2018. Because I was home and smelled the electrical smell, I went looking for the source and found the towering inferno as the surge protector had shorted and set the floor to ceiling curtains on fire. With help from my neighbor and the prompt appearance of the LAFD, the serious damage was relatively small yet significant.

My claims adjuster went thru the house and by what he was telling me he wanted done and I had worked in physical plant management, I said to him ""You do realize that if I do everything you are asking for that it's going to cost up to $30K, right?"" According to their stupid software $7800 should repair the ceiling, walls, and flooring from the dining area, living room, entryway, family room/office, and hallway to the bedrooms, plus buying new furnishing and TV.

I spent 3 months trying to find a contractor. I even asked the adjuster for help and he had none to give. So, as I was closing in on a surgery date of July 30th, I made one more call for contractors and the first to respond an appear right away was Elite Remodeling Group. Ron came on July 5th and took a look, gave me an estimate that I considered very reasonable, so I signed the contract and they began demo the very next day. Worked went of from July 6th to July 20th. On the following Friday, the ServePro people who packed my life up and stored in a pod on my driveway for over 3 months came and unloaded everything back into the house and in the rooms they belong. I had my neurosurgery on my spine on July 30th, was discharged on August 1, and had a visit from my Project Manager on August 2nd.

In all of this, I had mentioned that my central air had been off line since September 2015 despite spending $1400 trying to fix it. My PM brought in his own HVAC specialist that was able to fix it and I am enjoying it so much in my recovery during our hot summer.

I cannot recommend ERG enough whether it is for disaster recovery or a standard remodeling. They are AAA+++ in my book!

I hired Elite Remodeling Group to remodel my master bathroom after having really bad experiences with other construction company's and i am so thankful that I gave it one last chance.
They installed new tiles, updated my shower to a beautiful walk in shower and fixed a leak in the plumbing (which is why I needed the remodel in the first place) . From the start they answered all my questions and concerns and reassured me every step of the way. They were always punctual and professional through out this whole scary process.
Now my favorite room in my home is the bathroom :)
I want to personally thank everyone at ERG for their amazing work, will defiantly hire in the future.

This is an assessment of our experience and hope that ERG will use this as an opportunity to improve their business practices. ERG was hired for our kitchen project, which included painting existing cabinets, installing quartz countertops, glass mosaic tile backsplash, a farmhouse sink, gas cooktop, and electric wall oven.

On a positive note, ERG's price was very competitive and the quality was very good. On the other hand, the project took 6 weeks compared to the original 2-3 week estimate due to poor management and communications. The following are the types of issues we dealt with throughout the project.

We had to initiate the majority of calls and follow-ups regarding schedule and work status. ERG's subcontractors did not show up twice for scheduled appointments, nor call, and the management team continued to make excuses rather than just apologize, correct the behavior, and prevent it from happening again. Once, when my wife called to complain, a supervisor used inappropriate, sexist language (e.g. referring to her as ""honey"" or ""sweetie"") and she was told ""that's the way it is in business"". This type of treatment was extremely unprofessional and should not be tolerated.

We were not originally informed that the new sink would need to be on-site prior to painting the cabinet frames, which lead to the initial demolition being completed earlier than required and we lost use of the kitchen for an additional week. Later on, we were told the cabinet doors were ""still not dry"" two weeks after being told they were finished. When the cabinet team came to install the doors, they did not bring the new hinges because the management team failed to include it in their work orders.

We also had to ask for a sample of the quartz countertop on 3-4 occasions, which caused another week's delay. The backsplash installer did not bring any grout or the metal edging on the day of our appointment and we subsequently learned the sample we selected (choices provided by the field supervisor) was discontinued. Finally, some tile was cut using the wrong blade, leaving edges where the color was removed and it took several days and visits to correct the situation.

In conclusion, a fairly simple project was anything but simple and ERG did not live up to their Elite name. Although we have future home improvement projects, we will look elsewhere for a better overall experience.

Jacob and Eric were wonderful!
They did the job fast and they were be professional. The whole process was very smooth and they always called ahead of time to keep us updated.
We remodeled out kitchen and 2 bathroom and I would never imagine my house so beautiful and modern!

We just finished our remodeling kitchen project and it is amazing! Thank you to Jacob and Eric who walked us through the entire project. They were attentive, professional and easy to talk to. The work crews were all professional, on time and knowledgeable about their trade. We are very satisfied with the Elite Remodeling Group Family and highly recommend them to get the job done.

We worked with Eric and his partner to get a quote for a swimming pool and other hardscaping. We met originally around November 2017 with a planned start date of April 2018. We had a total of 3 meetings with them with a couple no-shows due to illness and 2 of the meetings they were about 1 hour late, not remembering the scheduled time. They talked us into a contract of $2200 for a 3D design of our project which would be applied towards the contract if we went with them, $220 up front. We met with the 3D computer guy @ January and it took us 2 months to get e-mailed images of the work. We pressed them to get a quote being March and still no quote wanting to start in April. They came out again to walk the ground and gave us an ""off the top of their head"" estimate of @ $120k for a pool and some landscaping. Our last meeting with them in late March they were talking about special pricing if we signed before 3/31. We were anxious to get something started, but no quote by 3/31. We contacted them regarding this and they said due to Easter Holidays it would be delayed, but they'd extend the ""special pricing"" another week for us. Still, 2 weeks went by and no quote. Come April 20th, we decided to go with another contractor who gave us a significantly better quote, by about $30k-$40k for the same scope of work and actually came up with a better overall design. ERG got us their quote, finally, on 4/23, about 1 week after our hoped starting date.

The individuals are nice people, don't get me wrong, but their customer service and follow through was absolutely horrible. When hiring a contractor for work, you don't want to be constantly chasing after the contractor, they are there to service you. The lack of follow through gave us no level of comfort that they'd complete the job in a reasonable time period and having had 2 other companies price out the job, ERG came if far higher than both the competitors.

We chose Elite Remodeling Group after seeing their work at our friends house. We were impressed with the quality of work and material they used to construct their patio cover.
We had an idea of how to design and decorate our backyard but Eric brought it to life!
Our project wasn't easy we had a lot ideas that didnt get approved by the city and yet Elite Remodeling worked hard to make it happen- by code!
Eric always kept us up to date, all of his crew showed up on time and did the job well.
We recommend Elite Remodeling Group for any project in your house!
