Wow, this is not the easiest review because, honestly, I have nothing to compare this to. I mean, how many times do you get a roof replacement? Nonetheless, Elite-Pro did an exceptional job, and once the work commenced, everything except the final inspection & dumpster delivery/removal was done in one day. And, believe it or not, even the dumpster delivery/removal was exceptionally professional. But (in an unquestionably positive way) what truly made Elite-Pro stand out was the primary person I interacted with, Mr. James Maso! No kidding, what a totally professional, completely customer-oriented, extremely personable, overall downright/positive human being. Yes, James is the epitome of a customer-oriented professional who, in my opinion, treats his customers more like family. He did pretty much everything from day one, never missing a beat while staying utterly connected to me & my insurance company to make certain the least out-of-pocket expense and to ensure I was completely informed every step of the way. It sounds kind of crazy; my somewhat praising James as if I share my every moment with him, lol . No, that isn't the case, and I never even knew of Mr. Maso until contacting Elite-Pro once I realized I needed my roof replaced. However, I would be doing Elite-Pro and, more importantly, James a disservice if I didn't express myself as I am now. With that, it should be obvious that I highly recommend Elite-Pro, but I also recommend contacting and working directly with James if you have any roofing needs. Thank you very much, Elite-Pro & thank you even more, Mr. Maso!!!. As for the 3 photos, all are overhead views, of course, but one shows a before and after, whereas the other 2 just show the after from two different angles. But, what you should really see - is a new/really good-looking roof!
