What I really liked about Elite was that they matched the best quote, worked within my needed time frame, showed up on time, had a superior attention to detail and pride in their work, went above and beyond by cleaning some walkways and other areas not in the requested service just for customer satisfaction sake. The owner, Andres, personally supervised the work and was part of a crew of three to clean my roof and exterior walls. They also washed my walkways and driveway for free. He was more concerned with my happiness (and future business) than he was in trying to squeeze out every penny. He walked my property with me before work started to explain the process and ask me questions about what I wanted cleaned. My roof has never been so clean and my walls are perfectly prepped for painting. They also came behind and rinsed all my patio and belongings of dirt (lots of it) that came off the roof.

HOA hit me with a notice to have my roof pressure cleaned right in the middle of the crazy short Thanksgiving work week. I contacted Elite after seeing the good reviews and he was able to squeeze me in the same day and for a fair price! When they got to my house I was very impressed with their quick moving process. After they completed the work, the roof looked amazing, they cleaned up any mess like the leaves and debris, and they washed off the area around the house and patio so none of the roof crud was left. They really impressed me and we will definitely be using them again and referring them to family and friends.

These guys are awesome. The quote was very competitive, the crew and owner showed up right on time and did they ever clean.. My roof had years of mildew and this crew pressure cleaned and sealed it in just over 2 hours. The best part is the cleanup of the house after all the roof trash came down. We've used this company more than once to pressure clean our sidewalk, driveway, and backyard patio.

The driveway frequently had a muddied Jeep parked on it that was also leaking oil onto the driveway. Elite Pressure Cleaning & Maintenance came out on time, did the job quickly and thoroughly and I was very happy with the results.

Today he came again to do the back patio which also came out great. He even noticed some mildew issues and provided recommendations to prevent it in the future.
