I originally wanted air conditioning in my house and to redo my fireplace but I ended up with a complete home remodel thanks to Elite. They had a finance company work with me to get a refi and access to some of my home equity. I ended up with a brand new beautiful HVAC, rewired the entire house with a new circuit board, and solar panels that I bought to run it all. This guaranteed me a rebate from DWP plus writeoffs for the next few years on my taxes. I also got a much more energy efficient home particularly since I installed a tankless water heater and new appliances. I also remodeled my kitchen by opening up to the living Room, creating a beautiful big kitchen island that seats 7, and had a bathroom remodel with a beautiful walk in shower, new garage door, vinyl fence, and a whole lot more. The cleaning crew came in at the very end and I am now sitting in my brand new fresh and clean house happy as a Lark.

This is literally my first bad review on Yelp, usually I just skip bothering with any negativity but after really thinking about how things went with them I felt compelled.

It started with a flooring and painting project through Tommie Drushe where I let him know that there were some issues with the floor in advance of them laying new flooring and he assured me they could get it repaired for 4K and it would be perfect.

From the very beginning the flooring was never even and buckled in multiple areas right after installation. According to him it would settle. When his supervisor Eli looked at it he said it was all due to the issues I had pointed out to Tommie before we started and that we would need to do a much more expensive construction project to correct the issues. This might be fair and Tommie perhaps just an inexperienced estimator. However, Eli came in at nearly 40K for the project which seemed insanely high for the scope of what needed to be done. I said no way and found someone who did a great job fixing their mess and fixing the issue for less than a 1/4 of the price. It's now 5 months later and everything is holding up without any problems. The flooring was laid perfectly even with no buckling whatsoever from day 1 and has remained perfect after tenant move in.

Elite and their associates will talk about their expertise and show you a bunch of projects that look great but at the end of the day they delivered substandard work and when it needed fixes came in at 4 times the price that anyone else quoted. This is the perfect example of why contractors have a bad rap. I can only imagine how upset I would be if I had listened to Eli and continued to work with them.

I wouldn't trust them to do any job after my experience. I also never got a receipt for my first bit of work with Tommie after emailing and calling the office several times. Unprofessional con artists posing as contractors pretty much sums it up... I wish I had never found them in the first place.

One last note... When I found them on yelp they had 5 stars (I'm guessing from fake reviews) because it seems the two most recent besides my own are also 1 star with one having the exact same experience of hiring another company to fix their mess.

They are flexible with prices, eased all my anxiety for payments. Amazing Staff Elena Thank you. The contractor Jose exceptional work. He took his time and got the work done in a timely manner. I am happy for choosing them .

This has to be the worst construction company I've ever dealt with in my life! ELI is very unprofessional and very disrespectful! He is very demanding when we declined his offer of 5 times the price of others!

This remodeling compay over this weekend gave us the WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! They didn't even do a clear job and messed up our floors to go along with our horrible looking kitchen remodeling done by there contractor!

this company can do excellent work but the run around.lies and false promises make me sorry I ever heard the name Elite. I had windows,doors and a roof.Spent a fortune and was promised so much.When you try to get things fixed,forget it. Never again.We ate 73 years old and did not need to be taken advantage of. Still have work undone that we need to pay a decent person to fix.God help us if that damn roof doesn't hold up,hate to see how good the expensive warranty is worth.

This company are my superheroes! So nice and good people that got me my dreamy kitchen done! The last time I remodeled my house it was at 1998, not because I was cheap or busy, I was too afraid to get into another nightmare that you hiring someone you giving a down payment and his gone. For my 50th birthday My children's Encourage me to renovate my kingdom which is my kitchen. We were browsing for a few months for the right guy that we have a good communication with him and of course he has our trust! Out of seven contractors that we met some of them more than once we decided to go with these local company Elite home remodeling. It was a big honor to be a customer in this company, They are supervising the job site perfectly once or twice a day a wrap from the company were showing up! They were clean and tidy I just feel loved the professional way Of them.
These people are very honest And decent, Most likely My intuition is never wrong Ellite home remodelingThat's your choice guys when you are to renovate your house.

We had a great experience working with Ellie. I really appreciate him being super detail oriented and helpful during our project.
The initial project was just a bathroom remodeling, but it turned into a pretty much whole house renovation with layout changes. With a good number of quotes we received on our remodeling project, Elite home remodeling were definitely not on the cheap end but also definitely not the ones that want to cut corners and make easy money. We went to visit a couple of their projects and were really impressive by the level of attention they put in their work. We were able to work out a budget and keep the cost to a reasonable range. The workers were professional and stuck to their proposed schedule. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for some high quality work done in their homes.

I would highly recommend on this company! Such an amazing job redoing my bathroom. Started with the great customer service and all the way to the job itself.
Elai and his team were really great! They were patient and nice.
They provided me and hooked me up with their designer who helped me to choose the right tiles and cabinets for the new bathroom.
From 1 to 10 I'd give them 100!!!

Yes Yes Yes!! First of all, Roy the project manager - professional, knows his stuff, on time, and always available when I called (yes, I even called after hours).. He answered questions, fixed little issues, and was always by my side. Solid guy! The company - never had any issues, always kept me informed of daily activity (inspectors coming, date changes, etc etc) and again - they hired Roy - a DEFINITE plus! Will definitely be recommending to anyone who wants to work with a solid company!
