I can't say enough great things about Elite Exteriors. I worked with Joe for four months to get a new roof. We were fighting the insurance company because they only want it to patch the roof. Had some roof damage from recent storms. Called up Chuck and his guys and he came out and gave it a look. He gave me a quote that was very reasonable and my wife and I decided to use their services. His guys came out early in the morning on Wednesday and, while stripping the old shingles, were confronted by a member of our HOA Board who decided that our picked out shingle color was not allowed. Chuck worked with us to quickly get a new color out to the house and his guys were able to finish up the same day they started, even with the change of color. Chuck was extremely professional and helpful. I would easily recommend Elite Exteriors to anyone in need of a new roof.

I knew my roof had some age (21 years), but I did realize that it also had hail damage. After seeing the work Elite performed on a couple of neighbors I asked Carlton and his business partner Chuck to take a look. They determined that I did have hail damage during their inspection. Here is where the true value of their years of experience pays off: They assisted me with starting the claim, met with the adjuster and truly advocated for my claim and rights with the insurance company. They were able to get a full replacement for my roof. The work they performed on the roof was outstanding. They stayed in touch with me start to finish with members of their team onsite during the replacement process managing the roofers and Elite management performed multiple inspections with me once the work was completed and the next day. It was important to Elite that I was completely satisfied with their work and believe me, I am very satisfied!!! I have referred Elite to multiple friends and family members and will continue to do so.
