Had spray foam insulation installed by this company. They screwed up and left me with a huge problem. It will cost me more money to repair their mistakes, then I paid them to install it.
The installers both spoke no English, that was a big problem, but the main problem was the owner lying to me and not knowing the products he was selling.
Go elsewhere for your needs

Followup. Mr Palmer has continued to lie about the events. He never looked at my attic before he had his Spanish speaking crew showed up and spray. He never offered me vacuuming out the old insulation. When I asked him about the old he told me that I had a year or two to remove it before it would create any problems. I shouldn't have to do homework when using a pro. This pro in his own words said I was removing insulation from the eve's, I was. I had shoved fiberglass Batts in the eve's for years. So I was pulling it out because you couldn't see the top wall plate. That top plate is where the air seal is made. Much needed seal to keep from creating condensation and mold. A expert in this business would have told me that. Non English speaking personal couldn't and didn't even try to tell me it that this was wrong. They should have never sprayed over any type of insulation. But they did, I paid them in whole . Over the next few days of Google, I found this out. Bottom line is I can't run the new ac unit it will create condensation. The ac is why I was having the foam installed. Lane knew that. Removing the old after is not a real option without removing alot of the new foam. And it is extremely time consuming. I will be spending more money removing the old blown in cellulose then I paid him to spray the new foam. That wasn't cheap. $3500. And after removing what has to be removed. I still have to have it re- sprayed to seal it . Before I can use the ac.
Yes he came back 3 times but each time was not to clean out the foam cellulose mix that is needed, that would take to much time and labor. They came back to spray more foam and cover the mistake with more mistake. He has lied about what was texted between us since I refused to let them spray more foam.
I am not cheap, i agreed to his price and paid him. I was in a hurry, I was trying to get it done before the heat. Its August and I can't continue with my remodeling project until this is fixed.
If he was a expert this would have never been done. Then again not many people get up in their attic after he's done. They just expect that it is done right. Mines not.
