This company is veteran owned supposedly, I do not normally leave reviews, however as a veteran who has been taken advantage of for the past 9 months has been the worst experience with Elite Construction Solar & roofing. Let's start with their public adjuster Pinnacle, whose conference call was unorganized and unprofessional when I was contacted by them. I hired this company back in March, I signed the work order in March to begin the project, my roof not completed until May which is absolutely ridiculous! Here it is November my final inspection has not been done due to their poor workmanship done on my solar system. They cashed my insurance check without me physically endorsing the check. When I hired them to do my damaged roof, they fail to advise me before uninstalling my solar panels to get authorization beforehand from original solar company to ensure current warranty does not get voided. Now I no longer have warranty. My solar system was not installed to its original standards, I have wires hanging on my roof, bent plates due to them reusing the original ones, one of my panels was not working. Since May 31st I have spoken to several supervisors and director regarding this matter to get it resolved. The solar supervisor Coleton I spoke with scheduled a date to come to my property to fix everything, I even sent pictures of how it looked before they touched my solar system to include pictures of what needed to be fixed. We agreed that someone will remain on site until I returned from work for me to inspect it. I was texted by him that the job was completed literally the were only at home for an hour. I did ask if someone was at home to inspect with me, he responded with no we had another job to do. I was very upset at this point! When I got home I immediately look at the work that was performed. I reached out to include sending pictures to him asking what work was done because my wires were still dangling on the roof and my panel still did not work. He told me he would come out the next day, never called or came back. At this point I reached out to him to let him know I would like to speak to the owner of the company. The owner does not want to contact me but wants his employees to get paid. Here it is 6 months later my solar system is not fixed or my roof has been properly inspected! They currently are in possession of two insurance checks in which they expect for me to endorse to complete the work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!

This company started our roofing project with insurance, but after months of no action, we were ready to leave to work with a different company. The owner got involved and sounded like he genuinely cared. Things improved temporarily, but then it still took more than 10 months to complete the majority of the project! About a year later, there are still a couple of remaining items that they never got around to, including a warranty, but the owner no longer replies. Although they have some friendly Sales folks (Andy, Luis, and the owner), it was very frustrating working with dates or getting any kind of commitment to do things in a timely or professional manner. Dates for specific pieces of the job would slip days, then weeks, and then months. We've unfortunately given up on our 'solar warranty' by doing business with them, and their warranty is nowhere to be scheduled or covered by them.

They stole from us and unfortunately I don't mean just overcharged. I mean took screens right off our windows to ""fix"" them. They never returned a call or email. We are contacting consumer affairs. Not to mention they were drinking on my neighbors lawn. Thank goodness for ring doorbells

Gonzalo and the entire team were very professional and were great to work with during the entire process of replacing my roof. They were great keeping me in the loop & communication. Their work was great and their clean-up after the job was excellent. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing a roofing company.

Luis Flores exceeded our expectations with the whole process from start to finish. Excellent communication with questions, concerns and follow ups. His team worked in a timely manner with the up most professionalism and respect for our property. Highly recommend him for any roofing and solar contracting needs!!!

The process was fast and simple. Employees were professional and very knowledgeable. New roof and gutters look great and also did a good job cleaning up. Luis got me more money than my insurance wanted to give for repairs. Luis also recommended the perfect shingle color for my house and I've received several compliments from the neighbors. I will be reaching out to these guys for any future roof repairs.

We had our roof replaced by these people. Weeks after if was replaced my roof started to leak. They were called. They came out to fix the leaks. However, additional leaks started to re appear. I have called them they do not reply. I have emailed them they do not reply. I have text and called them they have ghosted us. My roof is leaking, my kitchen ceiling has extensive water damage. We called another roofing company and had them come out so they could tell us what is the problem. It is not good. New company is telling me that the rood was installed improperly. That they did not seal off the brackets from our solar panels correctly. I am beyond frustrated. I am seeking to get the issue fixed. I need a reliable roof over my house. I will be seeking legal action.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I'm not the type of person to ever leave a review but we have been completely screwed over by Elite Construction & roofing. Hopefully by sharing my poor experience it will help out other homeowners. Victor was quick to jump on our roofing needs. We were never explained anything. We have a new roof but have experienced severe water and ceiling damage due to this company. They claimed they were not at fault. We had EIGHT roofers come out and they all said it's was the roofers fault. We have several areas that are lifting already. Victor stated it wasn't a concern even though he hasn't physically laid eyes on it. We have been out thousands upon thousands of dollars due to flashing being installed incorrectly. After inspecting the roof we have vents that are mismatched. When we asked about it we were told the company they use shorted them one so they had to go purchase one at the local hardware store. We have been told that customer service is huge for them. That's also another joke.

With that being said this company does poor work and doesn't stand by their warranty. The lack of communication we have received is ridiculous. I wish we would have known that before we allowed them on our roof.
