We went with Elevated Roofing to repair hail damage to our roof, fence, and ceiling (in one room). The first encounters were Kenny were fantastic; he provided all the information we needed, checked in on questions we had, and offered services at an affordable cost. We had a relatively pleasant experience with getting our roof replaced. Workers showed up bright and early and got to work, even beating a 2 or 3pm rainstorm.
Despite some issues with the subcontractors for the fence staining and ceiling in one living room, Kenny and the Elevated Roofing staff have worked hard to make sure that we were happy with our experience and addressed our concerns. We are satisfied with their service.

Elevated roofing replaced my existing roof. Virgil came out to inspect the roof and gave me a quote. Once the quote was final the owner mike came out and I picked the color and went over the contract. The roof replacement was scheduled and the roof was done in the same day and city of Frisco came out and said the roof was acceptable. From the day elevated roofing came out to replacing the roof was a smooth process they made it an easy process. What they quoted was exact price. I would recommend elevated roofing to people I know I was very satisfied with the process and work.

Daniel Donaghu was wonderful and was over several times a day to inspect that everything was going as planned.
Before we had even chosen Daniel and Elevated he cam over and put tarps all over our roof to make certain we had no leaks. What service.
Well today October 2018 we text Daniel that we had a leak from our upstairs window. Today on a Sunday he came out to fix it on his own time and would except no money.

We used Elevated Roofing to replace our roof and stain our fence after hail damage last year. This company has terrible customer service! They were quick to respond until they got the first insurance check, but afterwards they made me wait 2 months for a start date, which I had to keep calling them to schedule. There is a real communication problem amongst the employees. There is a separate crew for each job and they never call to let you know when they're going to show up. Even picking the stain color for our fence was an issue. Don't waste your time and money on this company.

Had them paint, repair some wood damage and replace roof on my house. They had to come back several times to fix sloppy work before getting the job adequately done. The manager complained that the house was in disrepair. Isn't that why I was having this work done?!
Also heard from a friend that had a similar experience with this company.
