Elevated Roofing is the best roofing company I have ever worked with. They are prompt, courteous, efficient and they stand behind their work. Mike Witte runs a quality company and his staff and support are the best to work with. From Curtis and Josh out at our home to the follow up from Virgil at their office we only have the highest praise for their company.

Had them paint, repair some wood damage and replace roof on my house. They had to come back several times to fix sloppy work before getting the job adequately done. The manager complained that the house was in disrepair. Isn't that why I was having this work done?!
Also heard from a friend that had a similar experience with this company.

Elevated roofing replaced a skylight for us. They showed up on time both at the initial consult and on the day of the replacement. While on the roof, they found a couple of minor issues which needed addressing and took care of those for us as well. They took before and after photos so I could ""see"" the work that had been done.

Tried for two months to get Elevated Roofing to schedule my roof replacement. This was after getting initial estimate which they were very prompt to provide! Unbelievable! You would think they would want the $8000!!

Made several follow up attempts to schedule job (3).

Seems to indicate lack of business acumen at the top.

I would not trust them to put on a roof if they can't even handle good customer service getting the job scheduled.

Very Sad.

Mike Witte and the team at Elevated Roofing did an outstanding job on our home to recover from hail storm damage. We interviewed 12 roofing companies, without a doubt Elevated was the best choice. Through our research we found they use the best quality products, the roof comes with one of the longest warranties and most importantly they did a fantastic job. It was clear to us the culture at Elevated was different than any roofer we visited with. The culture shows in their quality of work and how they present themselves. Each team members wears an Elevated shirt and they drive very nice Elevated trucks. Our yard was clean the entire time from project start to finish. With our 3-year-old at home we were concerned about nails and debris, they did a great job of making sure all nails and trash were removed daily. Many of our neighbors used Elevated and are just as happy as we are.

Great company! They came out and inspected my roof after a recent storm and were completely honest with me in telling me I didn't need repairs. I know nothing about roofs and they could have easily told me I needed repairs and I would have believed them. However, my neighbor did need repairs and I was so impressed with the workers. Very nice, always cleaned up afterwards, and the roof is beautiful! I highly recommend them! We need more trustworthy business like this today!

Elevated Roofing was great. I had a botched repair job and Curtis Lewis and his team were here 3 hours after I made the request, exactly when he said he would be here. He diagnosed the problem, repaired it and was done in less than an hour. Get this, he even threw down the tennis balls that were stuck in the gutter, the dogs would give thumbs up, but you know...
Best experience I have had with a service company in a long time. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Roof seems to be great. However, I've made 7 calls and even visited the company to get them to pick up nails, staples, and fasteners from my yard. We spent 30 minutes and picked up around 45 nails with a magnet we had to buy. They claim the grass is too tall and want to wait until the mower slings them all over the yard. The rain diverter is still laying beside the house for apx 2 weeks. We have small children and pets that play in the backyard everyday. I will update this review of they handle their business. They finally came out and swept for nails I guess. The rain diverter is installed wrong, and the guy I was dealing with made up lies on the BBB complaint. Totally predatory company. Stay clear. Apparently me just being a ""tenant"" negates my needs for my children to play safely in the yard.

Elevated personnel was in the neighborhood after the recent hail storm and asked if they could look at and be the roofer to make repairs. At that time it was also communicated that the deductible would be covered in the job. A sign was placed in the yard and their salesman came out when my insurance company was here. Once getting the the estimate from the insurance company the salesman agreed to do the job and was going to work with the insurance company on some adjustments to the insurance quote. The salesman then came back after 3 calls of mine that were unanswered and said the max days of their agreement (which I never received) had expired and they could not take the job because the profit was too thin.

The salesman went on to cast aspersions concerning the fact that the initial personnel didn't know who I was and I was never told the deductible would be covered.

The is pretty interesting coming from a company that touts reliability and Integrity.

I was elevated all right!
