These guys did an amazing job installing solar on my one story house. Our experience from start to finish has been very positive. They kept us informed along the way. The technicians/workers that did the installation were very responsible, super clean and incredible respectful of our property. When they said they would come back the next day to finish something up, they did despite the fact that the guy had to go out and but a new truck. Overall I highly recommend working with Elbac if you are considering going solar.

We had been going back and forth with the idea of getting solar panels for almost a year. We had seen many reviews from many companies and couldn't make a decision because although there were many positive reviews, there were also many negative reviews on all the companies we had looked into. We originally signed with a different company but then quickly changed our minds once we did a little more research. I will say that the process from start to finish is long and you must have a lot of patience throughout, it will be like this with any solar company, there are many steps and outside agencies involved. Our experience with Elbac has been very positive from start to finish. Elbac has been very communicative throughout the entire process. We always get a phone call right before someone came out to our property and once that work was complete we promptly received another phone call with the next steps. We have also had a positive experience with every worker that has come to work on the project. Overall I would recommend Elbac for your solar project, I'm glad that we changed our minds last minute and gave them a chance.

Jason YunSeong Lee, who helped me on the sales-side was especially great at informing me about Solar and walking me through the process. Would recommend them if you're looking into solar!

I worked with these guys for multiple projects for a commercial building and then also for my home. My primary experience with them came when they installed at my house. I dealt with the same sales team as with my other properties but got the chance to experience the installation process also at my home. Our tech Jay came out and rigged the roof mounts on day one, electrical on day two and then finally installed the actual solar panels on day three. This was a very easy process. I figured it would be more involved and worked from home these several day. Barely even noticed him. Once complete, he gave me access to an app on my phone that tracks the power generation and that was that. I still am waiting on the power company to connect this system into their meter but other than that, it's good to go.

I don't have any experience with any other Solar companies for comparison, but I can say it was an easy process working with Elbac and the final install looks nice and the software I use to track everything works really well.

Elbac showed up as scheduled, installation was quick. They solved all issues with the county inspector to get the solar passed and ready for service as anyone who has ever dealt with the county, you never know what each inspector is going to require, Elbac worked with the county to provide all requirements needed.

Very happy working with Elbac solar. Began the solar process with another company and got alot of run around and promises that were unkept. Elbac was very straight forward, honest, and the timeline was spot on what they quoted. Communication was excellent and they were very through throughout the entire process from start to finish. I've been working with construction contractors since 2009. This is the worst company I've dealt with, by a landslide. Terrible communication, the owner declined to speak to me after trying to get a hold of him numerous times, my project took almost a full year (typical is 3-4 months) and there were stretches of a month where I wouldn't hear from anyone. I honestly didn't know if they would have even finished had I not been soooo persistent in staying on them. I thought I was going to have to sue them, but I researched the owner and they have used many LLC's so they must burn entities due to the way they do business. I should have read more bad reviews before I signed with them which is why I'm trying to add to these reviews so more people don't have to go through what I experienced.
