The initial contact with this company was a knock at the door. Caden introduced himself, but at the time I wasn't interested in solar. He proceeded to my next door neighbor's house and they were interested. At the time of their meeting, they suggested that we may be interested, so we set an appointment and Cameron was our rep. Both outstanding gentleman.
Cameron was very knowledgeable, explained in detail and it was then that our decision was made. No pressure whatsoever.
After reviewing the contract I had some concerns so I contacted Caden and Cameron. Immediately responsive and clarified all of my concerns.
Elbac has been extremely easy to work with. Their employees are very polite. The installers were very professional.
I am very pleased that this is the company that my husband and I chose.

These guys did an amazing job installing solar on my one story house. Our experience from start to finish has been very positive. They kept us informed along the way. The technicians/workers that did the installation were very responsible, super clean and incredible respectful of our property. When they said they would come back the next day to finish something up, they did despite the fact that the guy had to go out and but a new truck. Overall I highly recommend working with Elbac if you are considering going solar.

We had been going back and forth with the idea of getting solar panels for almost a year. We had seen many reviews from many companies and couldn't make a decision because although there were many positive reviews, there were also many negative reviews on all the companies we had looked into. We originally signed with a different company but then quickly changed our minds once we did a little more research. I will say that the process from start to finish is long and you must have a lot of patience throughout, it will be like this with any solar company, there are many steps and outside agencies involved. Our experience with Elbac has been very positive from start to finish. Elbac has been very communicative throughout the entire process. We always get a phone call right before someone came out to our property and once that work was complete we promptly received another phone call with the next steps. We have also had a positive experience with every worker that has come to work on the project. Overall I would recommend Elbac for your solar project, I'm glad that we changed our minds last minute and gave them a chance.
