They went to brother house on Navarrete st to install a new roof they change the sheeting of plywood broke a hold in the closet went to look at it never fix it call him would not answer cell now city inspector say it has 5 violations of in proper installation of roof he does answer the phone when he gets your money and you can't hold of him beware of this scammer he won't warrant the work beware

My parents had a new roof put on their home three years ago (over $6,000) by this company. They installed the wrong vent for the water heater. We didn't find this out until recently when my mom had a new water heater installed. My mom is an 86-year old widow - my dad passed away at the veterans home here in El Paso two years ago (he served 23 years). My mom is on a fixed income. I spoke with Isaac (guess he's the owner) before the water heater was installed and he said to let him know and his company would make sure everything was good to go. I called him the day the water heater was being installed and told him the plumbers were going to replace the incorrect vent and all they had to do was come and fix and/or replace shingles needed and make sure they're secure. I've called and left four messages - after he said he would call me. HAVEN'T heard one word from this company. NOT ONE PHONE CALL. This is ridiculous! The roof and vent are under warranty for another seven years! I've written a report with Consumer Affairs and my next step is attorney. You can't treat people this way and think it's ok! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! There are a lot of roofing companies here in El Paso that will get the job done without treating you like you don't matter. Not right!!!!

There is a reason that this company is always busy and may cost more than other estimates...All the paperwork is taken care of for the estimate, permit and (several years) warranty.

A professional came to conduct a free inspection of the roof. We were shown digital photos of exactly what the problem areas were. He even took a video of the spongy sound a section made when stepping on it. We were given a clear written estimate before he left our residence. Per request, we were then texted all photos and video, so I could share them with my husband before agreeing to go forward. The same representative returned another day when we decided to agree on a price (military discounts are available).

When issues arose due to scheduling conflicts, return texts were promptly made and all work was completed in a timely fashion (re-roofing our entire covered patio took less than six hours).
