We hired El Camino Roofing last rainy season to patch the roof dripping a few drops. They gave us the quote and fixed the issue ( as they informed us) but when the rain came instead of dripping it was constantly pouring and my garage was flooded. I called the roofer 10 times and left a voicemail, but no one answered. It took me three days to hear back.

The roofer came and said it wasn't a roofing issue, it was a plumbing issue, and I asked why it hadn't been told to us in the first place. I requested a temporary patch, but the roofer refused to touch it and said unless I agreed to a new quote, they would not do anything. They knew it was an emergency, so I would pay whatever they asked.

To fix the immediate problem, I called another roofer from Yelp who patched and unclogged the drain. The issue I have is that I paid them for work that was never done. I was charged 5k which I am still trying to understand why.

AVOID HIRING THEM, THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY

I had a new silicon roof from Mark and Joe of El Camino roof last Oct. this year's first rain exposed a small leak. I called Mark on Sunday, and they rushed out to have it fixed on Monday.

The leak is disappointing, but the quick service is exceeding expectation. I know that I am ""in good hands"" for years to come.

Mark at El Camino looked at my roof to see if it needed to be replaced. He was very informative and explained everything about my roof to me and said that I had around 10 years before I would need a replacement. He then gave me a verbal quote as to what it would cost. I was considering solar panels and wanted to make sure my roof did not need repairs. Another roofing company recommend replacement and said I had maybe 2 years and gave me a ridiculous verbal quote. I appreciate Mark's professionalism and will call him when my roof need replacement.

Alfredo is hands down absolutely amazing! We had a roof put on by our contractor who was adding an addition on to our house and the roof the contractor installed was severely messed up. Alfredo quickly came to our rescue when we reached out for help to inspect it, give us his professional opinion and provide a bid for the repairs. He went above and beyond by helping cover up holes where water was coming in, and even reached out to the city inspector to connect. He is absolutely amazing! I would recommend him to anyone!

I had my roof done by El Camino roofing and they brought like 10 guys who took the roof off in a matter of few hours then they fixed some of the rotten wood for 2 days plus put a new awning, then a new roof was done in just one day for total of 4 days! Also had my new gutters done and they look beautiful. Total time from estimate to finish took about a week, amazingly fast and hard working peeps, highly recommended if you need professional roof job done quickly. Also I had a bunch of quotes from other roofers and these guys were super competitive in pricing and I saved a bunch of money on my roof that was leaking every year and failing. I called Mark at El Camino Roofing because I'd previously received conflicting information about whether I needed a new roof. He came out the day after I called while he was in my neighborhood to inspect my roof, and educated me in the process. I received an easy to understand explanation of the life of roof shingles and why there was so much left on mine, he showed me small things that could be improved around vent spots, he let me know my solar fan was dead, and even kept me from falling off the roof If you need an honest, communicative, well-regarded roofer, I highly recommend Mark.

they came out to my residence last Wednesday and gave me a very competitive estimate lower than all of the other companies that i have spoken to. once i gave them the green light that they have gotten the job they gave me a estimated time that it'll be done. during the process of tearing off my old roof and placing down the new one they worked effortlessly and go the job done before their scheduled time. They made sure to clean everything before they had left. They are very professional and got the job done right! Highly recommend them!

I was surprised what I had to go through to find a licensed roofer. Out of 10 company's, two were booked until September. Three stated they could not match the same shingles to what I already had and two I found out had no license. It was a nightmare.
When I met Mark I felt right away he knew what he was talking about and it ended up with a fair price for what he was going to do. Matter of fact he went beyond what he stated he was going to do and did not charge me.
The end result, the shingles were perfect in matching except the shade of the shingles. Within the next year with the sun betting the colors should blend together.

Before I forget, the roofers Mark sent out to do the job. Excellent. They cleaned up the property and even took pictures of their job.
