Recommended Customer Reviews

One star, because they did a good job putting up the structure. Right before it was completed, one of the guys on site wanted us to write a letter of review. We didn't know any better at the time and a few months after we started having some leak issues. The same site supervisor came by to inspect it and said a bunch of things that did not sound right. Just for the record, we are retracting what we said about their pumped up glowing reviews. If you want a good structure and design you want go for it, but any other sealing and roofing with them I would avoid them at all cost.

Eucher's built a sunroom for me last September. I am having trouble with several of the windows and one of my transoms has cracked and is almost falling out. For more than two months they have told me window is not in and now they are too busy to put window in. Windows have a guarantee. They are a very typical cash and dash company. Will never do business with them again unless a window needs replacing.

Eichers pro vinyl replaced my shingle roof with a tin roof 5 years ago. From the first rain my roof has leaked. I had major problems getting them back out to fix the problem. When they did they just caulked the vents. It is 5 years later and roof has continued to leak. They are the most frustrating company to get a reply from as they do not return calls. They now say that the roof is no under warrenty even though they offer a 20 year warrenty they claim my roof only has a 5 year warrenty. Do not use them. Buyer beware.

if I could give a zero star I would. I tried to get them to come out four times since hurricane Mathew and every time they don't show up. I made an appointment on Monday for today (Thur) at 1000 and waited till almost 1100 to call them up, just to find out they didn't have my appointment wrote down. the lady asked if I would like to reschedule. hahaha I told them of my frustration and my previous dealings with their company and I am displeased with them. all she had to say was ""OK then"". when you have a company that sells a product or a service it would be wise to have a little better customer service. funny thing is I already have the money from the insurance company from the damaged roof so you could've started when ready. easy money. your loss. if it wasn't for the insurance company needing it to be done by a ""licensed contractor"" I'd do it myself.

Eicher's did a major overhaul on our summer place on St. Simons. We had them do a new roof, windows and siding. The work was so good, we're having them come back to do an enclosure around our pool next spring.

I was interested in turning my screened patio room into a Florida room (or sun room). When I contacted this business for an estimate I was quite taken back when they asked me if I was married. They stated that they are required by law or by the BBB to ask this question because they cannot give me an estimate for a sunroom without my wife being present for the appointment. In fact they refuse to confirm an appointment without her being present for this meeting. I find this protocol and requirement so ridiculous that I cancelled the appointment. When I told them that my wife does not have the time to take off work for this appointment they took my hesitation to mean something else. They went on to say that they would require the same thing with two male ""partners."" I was so turned off by the whole incident that I cancelled the whole request. Whoever is in charge of their business practices or protocol needs to go back to Marketing 101. First rule: don't assume your clients are not intelligent or will not call you out on your crap. There is no law that is enforced by the BBB that requires your wife/spouse/partner to be present for some Florida room estimation.
