Follow up to my initial review. After the work was done the roof continued to leak. The third visit by Efficient Roofing was done in the summer to allow the tar to seal better. The roof continued to leak in 2021/2022 and was much worse during our heavy rain season of 2022/2023. Ill have to find another roofer to do a proper job.

Absolutely not! Don't allow them into your home! Long story, we are so done with their hard core sales pressure, high priced and poor quality results. Wish I had read the other comments from others reviews before using Efficient Contractors for our roof! Definitely a must filed complaint. The product used was NOT a problem, I used it on my previous roof and it was over 40 years ago with a good roofing co. The lack of quality work was the problem with Efficient Contractor. Way over priced with minimal effort and experience of workmanship. BAD!

I believe the work was done two years ago, possibly three...and yet this is what we have. My 88 year old mother was taken advantage of. There is no telling what the roof looks like. I guess I will pull out the ladder. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE, UNLESS YOU KNOW SOMEONE WORKING THERE!!!

These guys fixed my roof, on schedule and below budget. Really nice crew and professional. Of course you never know until the first true storm, and I had no issues what's ever this past week. They did a maintenance job also for free and repainted all my vents. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a honest company that does a great job.

The son and father dual of Efficient Roofing Inc did an amazing job on my roof and exceeded my expectations. In April 2019, I had just recently purchased a home and in dire need of roof repairs. I opted to have a full roof replacement to make me feel at ease due to roof not being repaired in more than 20+ years. Rafael and his father arrived to inspect my roof and provided me with a quote that was better than other more known companies in the area.

I chose to go with them and I do not regret it at all. Rafael and his team were on time everyday and ensured that no trash was left behind prior to departing for the day. He ensured me that the roof would be done on the time we discussed and he did not disappoint. When I requested to see their progress, he happily showed me around the roof and was full of knowledge when explaining to me their progress.

A few months later after they completed my roof, I had a small area where water was not going down the rain gutter. This was no fault of theirs due to my roof being a flat roof and the layout of my roof by the rain gutter was unique. Rafael came out to look at it and took care of the issue at no extra cost.
