We had the pleasure of having Juan and his crew fix our roof today. We called the company and Juan was very responsive in calling us back. His rates were fair and his excellent work was done in a timely manner. The men were friendly and neat, leaving my yard clean of nails, paper, old shingles etc. We definitely recommend you call 'Efficient Roofing' for your next roofing needs.

Best rated roofing company in the area! I highly recommend Efficient Roofing as the number one choice to trust your home with. I contacted approximately 3 other local roofing companies in the Lompoc area and ""Juan"" from Efficient Roofing was the only one who called me back in a timely manner. The other companies called back about 3 or 4 days later, one company never called me back.
Working with ""Juan"" was the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. Juan would always call me back in a timely manner whenever I contacted him with questions. Our roof had a small leak into one of the bedrooms whenever it rained. We had some heavy rain approaching weeks before any roofing work was to be started on the home. I asked ""Juan"" if he could throw a tarp on the roof to help with the leak and he covered the roof before the rain began.
Efficient Roofing Inc. stood up to their name, they were ""highly efficient"", punctual, timely, reliable and honest. I have to say the working with ""Juan"" was the best experience I've had in a very long time with a contractor. Hire Efficient Roofing, you won't be disappointed.

I highly recommend Efficient Roofing for roofing installation. Both Rafael the owner & Juan inspected the existing roofing and answered all our questions. Their quote was very competitive & they provided various shingle samples. The whole crew were at our home on time & ready to work, they removed all the old roofing and replaced damaged wood pieces, they coordinated the delivery of the new shingles the same day & by the end of the second day they finalized the work, replaced all vents & painted them to match the roof removed all debris off the roof, gutters & all around the house. I am truly impressed with their professionalism & high-level workmanship.

I agree with a previous reviewer - I would give Efficient ten stars if I could. They were the low bid on my new roof and I was a little concerned but they did an excellent job and finished quickly leaving zero litter behind. They kept me informed throughout the project and each member of the crew was extraordinarily courteous. They deserve to prosper. Thank you Rafael, Juan and crew.

We chose Efficient roofing because of all the 5 star reviews on Yelp. If I could give 10 stars to efficient Roofing, I would. Rafael and his crew were awesome! Rafael was on the roof with his crew every day, removing the old shingles, replacing the rotted wood on top and around the sides of the roof and installing the new shingles. They cleaned up every day. The were a happy, hardworking crew, each and everyone of the workers. Rafael came back after the roof was finished to make sure that we had no problems and were happy with the work that was done. I would highly recommend Efficient Roofing.

Efficient Roofing did an excellent job on installing a new roof on my house in summer 2022. Rafael is quick to respond and provided a competitive quote. My quote from Efficient Roofing provided additional customer confidence by capturing everything beyond installing a new roof, like replacing old rotted wood and caulking piping on top of the roof. They cleaned up all old roofing shingles left on the premises after each day on the job and use a large magnet to capture all of the old nails as well.
Fast forward several months to our heavy rain season, the roof has held up nicely with no issues! Rafael is not only the owner but also worked on the roof as well. I highly recommend Efficient Roofing!

Hands down, Rafael and his team are the best. He came in with the best quote, he was able to schedule 2-3 months earlier than the 5 other companies I inquired with, and he picked up the phone every time I called. He took care of the permits, dropped off shingle samples to my home and gave me a comprehensive response to the technical aspects of my roof installation. I also give a big thumbs up for owners who are on the roof, working with their team to get the job done. Without hesitation, I would use his services again--- a pleasant, seamless experience.

Our roof had a cracked tile that needed to be replaced. I requested a quote from Efficient Roofing through Yelp. I got a phone call very quickly and I asked him if I could email him a photo of the tile. He agreed and sent me his email address. I then sent him the photo. He said that he would be able to do the job and would come by the next day. He was on time and brought the tile and it fit perfectly. He was able to complete the job within minutes. I asked how much do I owe and he said nothing. I highly recommend this company! They understood the problem and was able to handle this quickly! Rafael was so nice and friendly!
