Just finished a roof project at our home which included a complete removal of the old roof. Our roof looks beautiful. The crew did a great job replacing all the damaged wood and putting on the new roof. They thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day. We also had some drywall work we needed done inside the house which was completed perfectly. No mess left for us to clean up. The managers of the project were either here or reaching out to us every day. All and all we are very happy with the work done. We would certainly consider this company again for other projects.

Angelo was very clear and thorough on the estimate process and how long they will honor the quote. Will likely do business with them in the future when the house needs it. Thanks.

Guy butt dials me before cold calling me. Had called for an estimate last year. I could hear him talking shit about my unemployment with someone else. Then has the audacity to ask if I completed my project yet. No im not interested in your services ! And yes I got my project done with another company that had better customer service! Rookie actions, no wonder the business is at 3 stars on here. Remove my number from caller list.

If anyone wants to get there house coated this is the one and only contractor I would trust because they don't only do regular paint jobs they do exterior coating which is more like a weather protection for my home,,, I 100% recommend this place

Service was nice and everyone was good.
But some work was rush and some items were miss. 1. Pavers was great but near the end they left some leveling of dirt unfinished. 2. The shed I think was rush but looks good. I wish that they would have made details work, like around the windows and corners to be softer instead of peices of wood.

I didn't work with this company. Just the appointment process for a quote. They were so concerned about my husband also being in the present or my brother or whoever I make decisions with. I did let them know that the amout of times they asked that after I have already answered is quite condasening. They then explained to me that the reason is their insurance and if someone was to get hurt in the home with only one person on the title present, their insurance might not cover. This is pretty alarming, as when the acttual work is being done I don't imagine my husband and I would be home.

In addition I had a quote from them for similar work a little over a year ago. This quote was astronomically high, it was more than double two other quotes I have recorded. This appointment was an attempt to give them a second chance. Witch didn't happen due to the fact that I was the only one that was home I wanted to find out if they really do over charge or if it was just a mistake. In addition to the high quote, I was also shown pictures of a post in my foundation that had fallen. Since then I had two quotes and both told me that I didn't have any posts that had fallen.

So I just had to share. It seems to me, that they push for you to make discussions quickly and without other quotes because they are dishonest. I will not be working with them and I would not recommend working with them without having other quotes first to compare them too.

WORSE company I EVER hired. Anthony came into my home and overcharged me for a retrofitting. He signed me up through Goodleap (HORRIBLE FINANCE COMPANY) which keeps hitting my credit ever month and destroying my score. Even though the first payment isn't due for 16 months, it accruing interest the entire 16 months. I signed the contract for one balance and when I contacted Goodleap for the pay off balance, efficient construction added additional fees after I signed the contract. If you're considering this company.....RUNNNNNNN!!! Management for Efficient construction and Goodleap are working together so they will not help you fix a situation but they will make it worse. Horrible attitudes and very dismissive!

I work from home and this person kept hounding me from my door after I had said I was working multiple times. In what world is a person going to give you business when you refused to go away when you were told I was busy? Cannot follow simple instructions and lacks courtesy.

They are a ripoff. I would not recommend using them. They come out, talk a good game, sale you a new roof for far too much money. They put a new roof on my house and garage for whopping amount of $36,000. The finance charges are ridiculous and outrageous. It's going to take me 50yrs to pay this off.

I'm happy to say that my husband and I are very satisfied with the work that was done to our property just recently! Back in April, we had contracted with Efficient Construction for one project. Then, after reading the reviews here, I was ready to cancel!  However, the sales reps came back (Ceaser and Sergio),  heard all of my concerns, reassure me that they were going to do a great job and removed all my risk with a $0 down and a 100% satisfaction guarantee or no payment clause. With that in mind and the cost being reasonable, we decided to give them a chance, and they sent their best teams to do the work. We contracted with them for 3 different jobs. The seismic retrofit + post and piers support was performed by their sister company Golden Retrofit. The texture and coating was performed by their in-house team; Juan, Aurelio, Rafael and Angel! They did an awesome job! The sales team had said that it will take 7 days to complete this job, but I quickly told them that I was not interested in a Mickey mouse job! I gave them permission to take as long as needed to do a great job. So it took them 22 days to complete what had been neglected by previous owners for the past 50+ years! We are super happy with the end result! Lastly, Sothy's window crew from SoCal Windows came and installed all of our Anlin windows! Now the outside of our house looks beautiful!

The whole process went smooth aside from a few concerns I had, which were addressed right away by their production crew; Jon Cerda and Jacob. If you do decide to give them a chance make sure you get all of your questions and concerns answered, confirm that everything you want is written down on paper,  confirm with each team that comes in your house that they are part of the in-house team and if they are not,  which is not uncommon, make sure that they either provide you with a Preliminary Notice from any other provider or that they write in their final closing form that xyz company got paid.  That is what we did, and they came through on everything that was agreed upon.  Thank you, Efficient Construction team and providers, for coming together to do an amazing job! We appreciate you!
