GO HERE FIRST!!! Based on Yelp reviews, I called Larry Edwards to look at several roof leaks we have been experiencing. I tried Home Advisor and did NOT like the results of being bombarded with unknown roofing companies within seconds of registering on their website. Larry called back after a couple of days (he was very busy) and we set up an appointment. Larry came, looked at where the roof leaks were showing in the ceiling sheetrock, went up on the roof with his tape measure and came back to discuss where he thought the leaks were coming from. He showed us where based on his many years of experience and what he would need to do to fix the leaks, some under Trex on the roof deck. The next day he submitted a quote which was very reasonable for what was needed and we decided to go with Edwards because his was THE BEST plan to fix the leaks. We set up a day for the work and it took 6 hrs to fix everything. And he did find where the builder did not seal as needed. Cleanup was excellent and everything looked great. He has a 2 year warranty but I am confident that they fixed the leaks. WOW, this guy is great, very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Larry!!!

I called Larry a few months ago because I could hear water dripping from my fireplace in my 3-story townhome. He worked with my schedule and showed up on time. He showed me pictures of the issues and did the repairs at very reasonable price. Reached out to him again since I could still hear the water. He spent the time for a through water test to make sure there's no leak and did additional sound proofing work without additional charges! Very reliable, honest and professional. Highly recommended.

I called asking about a few roof leaks. Larry arranged a time that worked for me to investigate. He took the time to look in the attic, as well as climbing up on a steep 3-story town-home roof. He took numerous photos of what he found and took time to explain it and answer all my questions. I echo the sentiments of other 5 star reviewers! Larry came right out when we called. He diagnosed the problem quickly gave us an estimate. I am a visual person, so I appreciate that he took pictures every step of the way. From the pictures, I was able to see what the problem was, and also how nice it looked after the repair.

I don't believe many roofing contractors work on 3 story houses. I'm so glad Larry does, and that he is the one we chose to do business with.

I called Larry to do some repair work on our roof. He came to give me a quote quickly (other companies didn't even bother to return my calls) and gave me a quote within the same day. He scheduled the repairs within a couple of days once I gave him the green light. He responds quickly to emails and showed up on time. He is very friendly and someone you feel comfortable with. I'd definitely recommend him!

To repair water leak from the roof at my 3-story house, I contacted several roofers and get multiple estimates. After looking into the options, I decided to hire Edwards Roofing company, and I am glad I did so. Here is the reasons I picked them.

1. Larry (Edward) was the only one who went up to the 3-story tall roof to accurately diagnose the problem when he came by for estimate. (Some roofers used a drone to see it and other didn't even bother to see it- and I couldn't trust them).
Most roofers concerned about reaching to the roof because the front side is 4-story height (it requires a 4-story ladder) and the backyard is too small to set a 3-story ladders. But Larry didn't raise any if those concerns just set up the ladder and went up. He is a pro.

2. He allowed me to make an informed decision. He explained the problem in detail. Also, his written estimate was very well-itemized. With this verbal & written communication, a lay person like me could understand the cause of the issue and the required actions.

3. Last but not least, pricing was reasonable.
