After a strong hail storm damaged our roof we hired ERS to re-roof our home. The team was extremely thorough, the work was done quickly and the roof looks fantastic. Its been over a year and it is still in great shape and we've had no leaks or issues. We would definitely use them again for another project or home or recommend them to any of our friends.

Don't trust these guys.
We hired ERS to install a standing seam metal roof on our house. During the installation, I pointed out that I never saw the workers install any flashing around the plumbing vents. Flashing for each vent was clearly called out on the quote but I never saw anything being installed. They assured us that the 5yr labor warranty would cover us on any leaks we saw after they were done. It took them several months after the job was finished to provide us with the warranty.
We eventually started to notice water damage behind the cabinets in our Kitchen. We were forced to remove the cabinets and drywall. You can clearly see water seeping in around the vent and running down the tube causing the water damage in that area.
So being well within the warranty period, we called ERS several times but couldn't get in touch with anyone. After several attempts, we finally got someone to email us who said he would get someone out to repair the work. But he never did and we've never been able to reach them again.
A metal roof is a significant investment. Maybe invest somewhere else.
